They all mix up, they don't listen carefully. I had to explain 5 times to make coffee without sugar. Then my order wasn't in the system, I showed the receipt and he still didn't understand anything. 1 plus is that there are slides for children, that's the only good thing.

I love coming to this store because I’ve got to know most the employees, they are so friendly out going especially Mary, Jazz, Joey, Felicia, Kristen. There’s one other lady to but I forgot her name. They are absolutely friendly to everyone every day I come in here. No matter if it’s busy and they’re dealing with miserable customers. Hope you all have a great day. 🙂

Night shift is always so unprofessional, they always have an attitude, I wait in the drive through line for 20 minutes. I sometimes have to doordash for this location and at night the restaurant is locked and I have to wait over 20 minutes in drive thru. Texting my customer that I am still waiting on food

would rate 0 if possible, i work down the road and this is one of three food choices i have, it shouldn't take 30 to a hour to get a burger and a soda, this place is a joke, the employees are rude and screw around and act like your the biggest inconvenience around, worst experiences of my life are at this McDonald's, i am never going here again and want to warn those who have short lunch periods to find somewhere else this place is a joke.
update: still terrible no service at all wait in the drive thru all day, rude staff, terrible food, im done giving yall chances

Food was stale as if was old and cold will never go to this location again it's expensive and not worth it anymore I'll be going to the Wendy's at the travel station.

We were traveling and stopped in and ordered to go. After placing order, we discovered this place was a total cluster mess. No leadership whatsoever. People waiting on their food, inside customer food incorrect, drive-thru customers having to come inside because order was incorrect. Out of 8 employees, no one could get anything right nor cared. Let me just add, we ordered at kiosk and receipt printed blank so when our orders were coming out wrong, we had no way to prove what we ordered or paid for and the employee/maybe manager, was actually arguing with my neice about what she ordered vs what she was going to get. So glad this is not our go to McDonald's.
Service is horrible. Manager waits around instead of helping customers. People working ignore customers. In this occasion we had an elderly man waiting in the front counter to order his small coffee and workers just walked by.

Limited seating due to half of the tables being full of trash, overflowing trash can. Missing item in order, no straws, napkins, condiments provided. Had to wait at counter for 10 minutes just to be acknowledged. Dedicated counter person needed.

Standard food quality for McD’s, but they changed the setup so that they serve your drinks for you. We got the food in an acceptable timeframe, but waited 10 more mins for the drinks. My wife’s order didn’t come until I was finished eating my meal. The coordination/management is just a mess.

This place is worse now then before they rebuilt it! Went there twice in a week around the same time and they was down for maintenance at 9pm. And whoever is on the speaker letting customers know has zero customer service skills.

Not sure what it is about the south but 9 out of 10 times service is horrible at the fast food restaurants here. This place was no exception. They offer table service but makes you get the food. Don't offer to bring it if you're not going to. They haven't changed the oil they use often enough and it is noticeable by the flavor and color of the food. Items were missing and the place is a mess. They just left the door open in the play area which is a safety violation. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It's obvious these places are lacking leadership.
