No customer service skills. Order was wrong no apology. My order never showed up on the screen so I didn't even know if they were working on it. What's the use of mobile order if u still get there have to wait and listen to them stating they have to clear drive thru. So basically all McD's suck now a days. I gave up on Pensacola. Thought since passing thru Alabama give this one a try. Nope.

Big, Clean but Slow. Always a 10 minute wait and the reward is Lukewarm food. I don't mind waiting if the food was fresh out the grease/off the grill.

Over 30 minutes for 3 happy meals and a regular meal. Unsalted fries that were not even hot. I was hoping the remodel would improve the service but apparently not.
Pulled up to the drive-through and the automated system asked me if I was using the McDonald’s app and I responded no. I sit there for several minutes then said hello twice and got no answer. They continue to take orders in the other line and never took my order so I drove away. Horrible customer service.
