Drive-thru is extremely slow and will have cars backed up around the building even on non rush times

Sat and waited in the drive thru for my mobile order and took about 5 min for someone to answer me at the screen and then was rushed off from the window without my entire order before I realized it i was home.. I was missing 2 medium fries and I attempted to call several times over 30 minutes and no answer. Customer service should get a 0 star. Do better

Don't go here and expect to get a decent meal for your money might as well throw your money away and eat from the same trashcan this meal I got was cold the lettuce was awful and yellow slimey burgers looked like they were an hour old and all dehydrated fries were cold as well nothing about my meal was hot and worth the money I paid for it.. service was about the same with the what do you wanna orders and when I pull to the window to receive my food she just hands it out to me and closes the window no have a nice day see ya next time so I'd say the service was nearly as bad as the food I threw it away it looked like sickness in wrapper..

Each time I've visited this location (drive thru only), the food has tasted delicious, both breakfast and lunch, and the drive-thru workers have been nice.

Best McDonalds experience I’ve had in a while. The guy in the drive thru was polite and even said you’re welcome. The guy at the second window was also extremely nice and wished us a happy holidays. Fries were super fresh and full to the brim. My mcdouble had extra onions like i ordered. No complaints!

Got there at 8:35 pm, after a hard day. 2 cars in each line. Order taken, car pulls forward, then 5 minutes elapsed before the next order gets taken. Not busy inside, just slow. I was out 20 minutes later, fries were cold, maybe not even fully cooked. Don’t know, couldn’t eat them. Big Mac was good and hot, filet of fish was good. This used to be one of the better ones, don’t know what happened.

This McDonald’s sorry, just a pitiful establishment ran by individuals who don’t listen or care. Just there for a check, that’s about it. I really try go to another one if I can. This one needs to shut down.

Order through the app, missing items, no one will answer the phone. Waited 20 minutes for hotcakes & sausage. Missing the 2 extra sausages which cost an additional $2.39 each.

I went through the drive-thru minutes ago.
First, the screens are broken so you cannot see if what you’ve ordered is correct. Next, the young lady rudely tells you to “pull up” — no review of order or total. Get to the first window, no total, she instead just takes the card and as coldly passes it back through with your receipt. Say thank you, and nothing in response.

If you hate your job, get another!

This happens nearly every weekend.

Ridiculous. I’ve come here for years and the service has never been this bad. I had to get my grandson to make this for me just so I could leave this review here. Employees standing around on their devices. The only people I seen actually working were whoever was in the kitchen and someone else handing food out the window, which leads me to say my food was good but the service is absolutely horrible. I came yesterday and the big woman made everything seem like it was a problem. She and two other employees were being loud and obnoxious, not wanting to take my order. She was also playing with her employees, which, aren’t they children? You’re obviously an adult, please act like one. That’s not the first time I’ve seen a grown person rough housing/playing with those kids. That’s disgusting. Y’all need to check your managers about how they handle these underage babies. My grandson is around the same age and I would absolutely be disgusted if I found out his managers were treating him like that. ALSO, the times I come in the lobby, the tables, and the bathroom are dirty, and there will be workers sitting at the tables on their phones while one person is running around working the counter and the drive thru. Do better. This is just so disappointing .
