I had an issue with DoorDash stealing my order. I called and reported it to Pizza Hut. They replaced my order with top-tier service. Customer service and communication was awesome. They even gave me a free item for my troubles. I recommend them 10 out of 10.

A foreign guy who referred to himself as the district manager and refused to give his name, that was cussing at customers and even got into the older female’s face should be fired. He even lied to customers saying their order would be five more minutes and had customers there waiting an hour to a hour and a half just to get their food. One lady ordered at 4 PM and did not receive her food till 6:30 PM. The other two employees were trying their hardest to make orders, but this guy was not helping but instead getting into confrontations with customers.

I.made my order online I wrote on there plz make sure extra pepperoni is on there..There were times I've paid and extra wasn't on the pizza this time I normally check it didn't and got back to wrk mad that extra pepperoni wasn't on my pizza ion understand it😡

Bread sticks had no butter or anything on them, just dry baked dough, pepperoni pizza only had cheese on a quarter of it, cheese pizza was partially uncooked dough and none of the sauces I ordered and the veggie pasta was hard noodles with just a globs of cheese and handful of olives and onions. It was trash. All of it. Waste of money. This location is usually a little better than this but now I don't want to return anymore
I am a repeat customer. I've been frequenting this Pizzahut for years. They make the best cinnasticks, melts, pizzas, wings, I enjoy all the food fr. Its consistent. Arianna is always so polite and greets me with a smile. I am glad we have this Pizzahut in our area and I recommend it to others.
Kid-friendliness: My kid loves the personal pan pizza and CHEESEsticks are always a favorite.
They lied on their times. They are not open at 930. They have on the door 10am. So I'm not sure why they would lie like that. It was the actual business that put 930 too.

Food was not ready upon arrival. When receiving food both pizza were the wrong size, had to wait again. Was given regular bread sticks instead of cheesy bread, missing one sauce. Over and hr and $50 later i had the correct pepperoni and supreme large pizzas but that was all. Highly dissatisfied and so were many other guests waiting for orders I’m sure they messed up too.
