Last 2 orders have been disappointing.I did not like that my delivery was sent out by door dash when I didn't order through them bc my order was not hot. Also the chocolate donut bites were not sweet at all & tasted of just flour. I usually have no issues with this location but not happy the last 2

Not only did i get the wrong delivery order last week. This time we went in person and sat in the drive-thru lane for almost 15 minutes with no movement, just to go inside to a very dirty store and an employee at the register who wouldnt acknowledge anybody who walked in. Finally got the pizza and it comes out like this. Where is the rest of my sauce and cheese, why is there so much bread? I dont know either.Edit: it taste great but its very tough, wet cardboard.

I went to the Theodore location near me, it’s about 12 mins from my house. When I got to the drive thru I told the young girl my name for my mobile pickup and I paid and left. When I got home the pizza was cold like it had been sitting on the counter for 20 mins, the crust was super thin and hard, I tried to separate a piece and it was like tearing cardboard. I’ve order the same pizza twice before but for some reason this pizza was horrible and I can’t even get a refund. I will never go back to this store or any other for that fact, I will go to more popular pizza places from now on.

I called this location to have a pizza sent to my grandchildren for a surprise. After over an hour I called them again when it had not arrived. The lady that answered was extremely rude when I explained the pizza was not there. First, she says I had NO order. Second she tells me that the driver had been there knocked on the door several times and no answer. NO ONE heard the knocks. I asked what was going to happen and she very rudlely that she could not replace what ŕ

This is a hard one. There is a girl there named Sabrina I believe her physical description is white kind of tall and two French braids. Her position is crew lead and let me tell you, it is unfortunate. Her attitude is so horrible and then when she notices people are bothered she enhances the horrible attitude. I hope she realizes no matter what that job or day that is no way to be. BUT there is a darling gem little lady at the front counter and sadly on my part I do not remember her name she was so quiet and her physical description she's a tiny little black girl. And she overrides the ugly in the other girl. I even tipped her for her loveliness. She was such a pleasant doll. I feel embarrassed I don't remember her name. She was efficient, hard working, pleasant and knowledgeable. The food has been great when we get the actual food we ordered. ? and it just so happens the bad attitude girl is the one that takes the order and the lovely cashier is the one fixing her mistakes. So that's all i have to say about that. Foods good. You might get the right order. And the service is iffy. ??♀️

I ordered pizza and it never came so, I called and ordered again and never got that one either!! I paid twice and nothing!!
I ordered online and though the online experience was pretty bad, the store expensive was pretty good. The people I interacted with were friendly and talkative and the food was great. The food (pasta, pizza and cinnabuns) was actually great. I was pleasantly surprised. I usually don't do Pizza Hut because their prices are much higher, but this time and at this location, I gotta say it was well worth it. Thanks Pizza Hut staff. It was/ is very much appreciated.

we frequently use this Pizza Hut for convenience. They always are a little behind as they appear to be understaffed. The food is always hot and the people that do work there are very apologetic for not hitting the due time. I do recommend this location just order it a little earlier than you need it and you should hit your mark.

I ordered my food at 445 p.m. and when I called 553 pm the manager told me it would another 20mins this is the absolute worst service from pizza hut I have ever received I'm a truck driver I've been coast to coast and that say a lot I will NEVER ORDER from here
