Do not be fooled by the exterior! I searched for a place on Maps and was impressed by the photos. However, when I pulled up, I admit that I was underwhelmed and a bit nervous. But, because we were tired of driving around, we gave it a shot. I’m so glad we did! The food was absolutely amazing. The service was beyond reproach! This location will definitely be a local favorite from now on!

This is not sushi!!!!! Soggy mush rice and way too much sesame oil!!!! 🤮 and look at the picture, shouldn’t you clean the shrimp? I eat sushi at least 5 times a week, all over the world. Congratulations this is by far the worst!!!!

For the second year in a row, during our stay on Dauphin Island, we chose to dine at Thai Chinese Sakura Café, and once again, it was a wonderful experience! The food is absolutely delicious, prepared with great care and authentic flavors.
Additionally, the person who served us was incredibly friendly, making our visit even more special. We wish the restaurant much success, and we’ll definitely be back on our next trip. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality food and a warm atmosphere!

I stopped by after a long road trip! Our waitress was very accommodating and attentive! Our food was hot and delicious! The prices were very reasonable! 5/5! Will definitely be visiting on our next trip!

Don't pay any attention to the negative reviews. This place changed ownership a few years ago and everything is great. That being said, if you're an overly picky person or want 111% typical Chinese food, this place might not be for you. The owners are an Asian couple who are amazingly sweet and courteous and the food is really good. I love the sushi, miso soup and shrimp fried rice. We go often. After your meal, try their powdered doughnut thingy. It's only 5 bucks and tastes exactly like funnel cake! ?
