Great place . Burger was really good , kids meal was well portioned too. Great service also.
We tried the Alfredo and let me just start by saying this is best food I’ve had in a long time!! So worth everybit. Savannah was our server and she made the experience much better! So sweet and was very helpful will most definitely be back soon!!
It's like I walked into a time capsule. The decor is straight out of the late 70s and early 80s. You get that faint oder of cigarettes, because I'm guessing they used to allow indoor smoking years and years ago. They had ample seafood options, as well as options for your non-seafood people. Our table had the fried crab claws, fried flounder, fried soft shell crabs, fried shrimp, and the seafood gumbo. All of the food was amazing. Our server was very friendly and super attentive. I'm sorry, I forgot her name, but she was great. We'd definitely drop in again next time we're down.
I have food allergies and I was heard. The grouper was the best I ever tasted. Sitting outside over the water was wonderful. Everything was five star.
Friendly staff, food was delicious! The stuffed mushrooms are incredible.
We were there yesterday with 12 people.
The food and service were excellent.
We will definitely go back.
Stopped here on our way to the Mobile Regional Airport from Dauphin Island. The atmosphere seems like a Midwest supper club, the waitress was very friendly and checked on us several times, and the food was delicious. We were looking for a good seafood place before heading back to the Midwest and we were disappointed. I had the soft shell crab sandwich with friend green tomatoes and it was amazing.
We went on a pretty rainy day so we were the only people there. It was fantastic. The staff were great, the burger was amazing, and I loved the rolling chairs 🙂
Excellent seafood basket!! Great grouper!
spiked at the bar and I was vilified make sure if you go to the pelicans reef to be sure you watch your drink so it's not spiked like it was for me

Been a while since we ate at the Pelican Reef. Stopped in for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. We had the stuffed jalapeno peppers, they were the highlight of the meal, well definitely order them again the next time we there. I had a shrimp shrimp poor boy, it tasted ok with about 8 shrimp and bread was warm and soft and toasted. Wife had the fried grouper, she said it was good. She said she would order it again. Nice atmosphere good view of the water. Waitress could have been a little more attentive never got a refill on my drink. Price wasn't bad.
