Worst Waffle House ever. Stopped for breakfast. Got a glass of water and coffee. Waited to have our order taken and it never happened. I realize customer time is way different than server time but we sat for quite a while with nothing. They took care of the guy that came in after us. He had his coffee and food before our order was even taken. The waitress said at least 3 times that she needed to take our order. Another lady came over and said she had to do one more thing and she would be back with us. We told her forget it. We explained how we had come in before the guy in the booth behind us and still didn't get our order taken. She explained he was a regular. Give me a break. You wait tables you know you go in the order they come in. Somebody needs to be retrained here. We walked out. I recommend going down the street.

today my mother and I want to come in had breakfast at waffle house this lady stop us at the door and say we can not bring my service dog in there because this other person was allergic to dogs I hate to tell you waffle House I had the right to bring my dog in anyplace because she is my service dog and she had a service collar also the lady meet my mother and me at the door was rude and she told us go put her in the car it was so so hot outside like 90 something would u put your child in the car be for real my service dog had to go with me every where I go into places restaurants, and Dr office anywhere like that I got seizure and migraine headache and other problems I had

As I plant down on my favourite dining chair, center table. My order has arrived. Perfect as always, but new was the fresh rain water pouring down from the ceiling and dripping down upon my freshly cooked food.....So... I just sit and enjoy and hope it goes away...

They let their employees talk to other employees anyway they want, the manager is rude and don’t care if your a slow learner and the jasmine girl is harassing you and talking down to you she fires you because of your mental health way to go Waffle House you definitely lost everyone in my family we won’t be back especially to that Waffle House jasmine you need help go get some therapy

Food was decent as usual. One sandwich had a soggy bottom and the plate wasn't completely finished. It didn't have the chili on the hashbrown. Our waitress, Hayden, forgot our drinks from the start. Once we told her about the chili she took the plate back, fixed it, then I asked about our drinks. She was surprised she didn't get them to us already and had forgotten what we ordered. Then half way through my meal I was rudely stopped and asked to pay due to shift change. I was almost done with my meal if she wouldve just waited. She started serving another table right after I payed so I dont understand the rush in that. I felt like she was more worried about going home than actually doing her job.

The cook doesn’t listen to the servers, The server was amazing hands down she called out my order correctly Texas melt half bacon, hash browns covered scattered, sausage biscuit two, scrambled on the side, cheese grits, 4 waffles which was my whole order, he wanted to argue with her about what she said when I clearly heard her speak everything I ordered very clearly after she gave me my order he then say who ordered sausage biscuit she stated that was on a order I gave you 10 minutes ago he steady trying to argue, if he stop playing he would be able to hear what the servers are requesting, five stars for the server.

The waitress, Ciera and assistant, Willie, were wonderful. They went above and beyond to do everything we requested. My husband and I give them both 5 stars. Thank you and we hope they get the recognition they deserve. I'm sorry I don't have the date we were there but I believe it was April 10th of this year. I remember that it was raining!
