This new online system is no good. You can't add things to your sandwiches if you want to so you might as well just go inside the store. Then when I did make an order it said it can't be done and to go to the store. This is not a good way to start your online system especially when you can even talk to someone at the store. Even online when you say contact us all it does is tell you to go to the store for questions. You just lost a big order today.

The service was the worst I have ever had at WH. We were ignored, then the waitress only took half our order before leaving, then brought the wrong order (grits with grilled onions is NOT something we order), then never checked on us. I don't know if she is mentally challenged or high but either way she needs to be supervised.

Disappointed with food and service. Watched our waitress with the big eyelashes and blue hair, empty trash, cans while bringing out new eggs and doing a variety of other things touching everything ….and never washed her hands. I draw the line on touching trash, cans - 4 of them, and not washing your hands.

This Waffle House is cleaner than most and has better service than most. Never had an issue at this one. It's in my opinion the best one in Mobile.
Cool was terrible on the night of August 24th around 8:45 pm sandwich was supposed to be on a bun messed that up also did not have onions or pickles the other sandwich I ordered did not have the egg on it and I guess the don't offer mayo. The young lady that took my order did good but that was all

Ordered by phone for pickupThe order was ready when I arrived, and the service was good. The food that's an entirely different matter the blueberry waffle was soggy and the toast was under cooked. Eggs and hash brown were good.

I shouldn't give this even 1 star. I called in an order to this location and the girl on the other end of the phone just oozed of "I hate my job and don't want to be here" she proceeded to ring everything up and was charging anywhere from 2 to 3 dollars extra on each plate! She gave me a total of 60 some odd dollars and when I questioned her she became even more hateful and wouldn't give me a reason as to why my bill was so high. So I promptly got in my car and drove another mile up the road, to the waffle house in Tillmans corner and placed the same order and it was 42$ and some change. Watch out because they are over charging in Theodore to put in their own pockets!!!!!
