Food was old and cold the manager was very rude to the customer drink machine was not working floor was nasty and tables in the lobby was too. That's why I got it to go.

I placed a mobile order for carry out. I paid for my order in the app. They hid my food. I kept searching for my food. They didn't even call out my order number or my name to confirm pickup. The front (male) cashier only stared at me while I kept coming to the front counter and the blue pick-up area. When I did finally get the food I PAID for, it was cold, and my drink was wrong.

Normally great service. Yesterday wretched. Cashier looked right at me standing there in line. Didn't ask for my order. Nobody else in line. Then took order of person who came up after me. Another man who clocked in for 3 minutes just to clock out took better care of me. After I was already standing there by myself. Food is hit or miss. Sometimes good. Sometimes just average. Yesterday average.

The location is not a great one, this Wendy's/pilot is quite sketchy. The people actually acknowledge us when we walked in. The spicy chicken sandwich was chewier than bubble gum. Not a good experience at all
