This used to be my favorite BK because I could always count on the food being fresh and hot –and exactly what l ordered. The staff's service was consistently friendly and exceptional. But not anymore. I don't know what has happened to cause such a drastic change, but for the past few months I've seen it lacking in many ways. Today was no exception!
