We waited 10 minutes at the counter before being acknowledged while the young man was cutting up with his co workers. Then after we ordered he tossed the receipt and drink cups on the counter instead of setting them down or handing them to us. Our family has been going to Jack’s in Hanceville every week for over two years. We were so impressed with the cleanliness and the friendly staff that we encountered today. If you were like us and had started going somewhere else, please try again under this new management and team. ❤️
I went through the drive-thru this morning and waited for at least 45 minutes to get through the line. I was asked to pull up after I waited for 5 minutes at the window (after they had taken my money.) I was brought my food several minutes later. I should have checked my food, but you would think it would be right. I drove 10 minutes home and found my order was wrong. I drove all the way back and went inside to take my WRONG order back.
