The service sucks and is joke at this Jacks there is no Management or leadership behind the counter. The customer service is horrible it seems everyone behind the counter had a bad mood and no team work. For a fast food service place this is just horrible just all the way around. Plus, they got multiple things wrong with our order.

I had a very disappointing experience at Jack's. I ordered the deluxe breakfast combo with a substitution for smoked links, but when I received it, the sausage links clearly had residue and crust on them, indicating they had been taken off a biscuit and not properly prepared. When I pointed this out to the cashier, he dismissively said they could see the links came off another biscuit and offered to make me new ones. I was told to pull up and wait. After about 15 minutes, the manager finally came out and asked if I wanted fresh links, but when I explained my issue again, she undermined me and was extremely unprofessional. She spoke rudely, made a scene in front of staff— which was unnecessary and embarrassing. Overall, the service was poor, and the staff handled my concern poorly. I won't be returning.
