The staff are so friendly! The atmosphere is what you would expect for a Mexican restaurant. The food is good and plenty of it. The salsa is really good. The pricing is good. The food is served hot.

The food was average. The server was nice but the place was extremely hott. They had fans on but it was extremely uncomfortable. They don't serve any type of beverage with alcohol.

We visited this restaurant on Father's day. It wasn't busy at all but honestly should have been. The service and food was beyond great. Honestly the best salsa I've ever had. I would definitely eat here again. We loved it.

We stopped in for lunch on our trip home from the cruise port. They had a large menu and decent prices. Our waitress was friendly and the food was good. The restaurant is in a historic building in the downtown area.

Order a taco salad and 3 tacos. All was soggy like it was put in microwave. A salad should be crisp with crispy chips for dipping. I didn't check before I left went home which was Right up street open to a surprise of soggy food. Never again. I hope this review help them be aware how a customer likes a salad and hard shell taco's.

Cute location from an out-of-towner POV, definitely has the small town vibe going on. A/C didn't seem that great but in their defense, it was 100-something that day. All in all, not the worst choice considering other nearby options. Should have tried a marg or 3.

This is American Mexican not bad but not authentic
The food taste like someone from Alabama is trying to make Mexican food. Mexican food is very regional though. I live on the border in McAllen, TX and to me, this food was bland and overly salty. Maybe it's good somewhere else. The staff was amazingly friendly, helpful and prices are reasonable. LOVE the soda fountain look!

First time going there, the service was great, had 3 ladies waiting and checking on my wife and I. Got the food and it was hot and very favorable! There was a hiccup on my wife's meal, but they fixed it immediately. The taco sealed the deal, yes a taco. You can tell alot about the taste of the taco meat and it was great! We will be going again !!! 5 stars !!!
