This place was short staff and had to wait in line about 10 minutes to order a ice cream cone . The cone machine was t working well and the ice cream was soft. The drink machine didn’t work so they only had tea and frozen drinks. Not to mention the store was extremely hot said the store had the heat on.

Were out of a lot like always. You can't get your own napkins. you didn't give ketchup for our fries. They didn't have numbers at the kiosk. We had to get it from the counter. Then they didn't even bother saying the number or bring it to our table when it was ready.

Chicken sandwich. What a joke. An over FRIED piece of chicken on a bun with a pickle. That's it! No mayo, catsup or mustard, lettuce, tomato. Nothing.

My family and I stopped here on our way home from the beach. It was the Worst McDonalds we have EVER been to!!! The cashier was ridiculously RUDE, the manager was just As RUDE!! Our food was ice cold, and when I explained to the person in charge, she seemed to have an attitude. Would Not recommend this place to Anyone!!! I wouldn’t have given a ⭐️, but had to so I was able to post a review.

I just left this place and the atmosphere was atrocious, employees, customers and children cursing and running all over the place. Even the manager on duty was participating the environment was paralyzing. This place should be closed down until the get new staff. There was one young lady that try to get a toddler to stop bothering me while I was trying to order! THR WORSE EXPERIENCE
Worst experience at McDonald’s EVER!! Loyal customer for decades. The “you order yourself” and no self service drinks in the dinning room… result … HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Rude servers.. I ordered mine for dine in.. took the table tent .. saying they would bring to table.. THEY DID NOT AND THEY NEVER CALLED MY ORDER OUT… result cold fries and a server with a nasty attitude!!!

I was driving through on my way back to Mobile. Order took a while although we were their only customer in drive thru. I did not receive what I ordered and paid for. I have been trying to call to talk to a manager for 2 days, line is ALWAYS BUSY.. I want my money back for the items I did not receive ..

Took 23 minutes inside to get our burgers, longer to get fries and drinks. Server at counter told us they were out of ice cream cones, when told to refund our money vs. substitute something they magically located the cones. The food is consistent but the service is lacking. Need more oversight or more bodies to help.
