This place was short staff and had to wait in line about 10 minutes to order a ice cream cone . The cone machine was t working well and the ice cream was soft. The drink machine didn’t work so they only had tea and frozen drinks. Not to mention the store was extremely hot said the store had the heat on.
We stopped by after the races and the lobby was closed.We were in a big hauler and couldn't go through the drive through but the lady told us to walk to the window and she'll take our order.
The fries were hot crispy and perfectly cooked. I will say that it is frustrating that there is no counter really to order at. You can see the employees preparing the food but no one comes to the counter, there are no sign saying order at the kiosk only, etc. Once I eventually had human contact the employee was quite pleasant. Probably more of a corporate initiative but not sure I like the way it was executed at store level.
