Horrible. The āspicy garlicā wings were stale and old and I didnāt taste not a hint of spice or garlic. Also the pizza had more crust than anything and was hard as hell. Iām still trying to figure out how the noodles in the āoven baked Italian meats pastaā was hard? Anyway, horrible!

I placed an online order,.the employees/manager claimed that they did not receive my order.,although I am sure they had just given my order to another customer by mistake. We verified that we had a confirmation number & that we had the correct store number & address. However,.when mistakes are made, I believe they should take steps in order to acknowledge & remedy the situation at hand.,& they failed to do so. I must say I was extremely disappointed with the service I received..
Kid-friendliness: The dinner that I ordered was for my children. It is one thing to disappoint me but I take it personally when my children are disappointed. I hope this sort of discrepancy does not happen again.

Visit g the area and ordered a pizza. I went inside to pick it up and the place was a dump. It has not been remodeled in 30 years. At 7pm at night all the tables had chairs on them, it did not look like the dining area was open. Not a single customer sitting down.
The atmosphere was depressing.
Someone please put this old dog out of its misery!

Ordered my pizza online and 15 minutes later my order was ready. Veronica Grayson was the cashier at the window, she is polite and professional because I didn't have to tell her my name. In my opinion, she paid attention to all the orders wether it a take out, drive-thru window or dining in. I'm always satisfied with my orders from pizza hut.

In the midst of a move and with limited pizza options in Thomasville, Alabama, I found myself at Pizza Hut, tasked with feeding seven hungry movers.The staff at this Pizza Hut location deserve commendation for their commendable efforts and teamwork. Despite the challenges they faced, they were doing their utmost to ensure all customers were served promptly and efficiently.However, it was evident that their systems were not supporting their efforts adequately. A notable incident involved a lady from a local school who was accustomed to a certain price for their pizzas. Due to a special offer, the computer was not recognizing the usual price, leading to confusion and frustration. Despite multiple explanations and demonstrations by the staff, the customer remained adamant about obtaining the price she had in mind, causing a delay for other customers with large orders.A young man from the team was particularly patient and gracious in handling the situation. He tried numerous times to calm the lady and ensure her satisfaction. It is a reminder that while you can't please everyone, good customer service is about trying your best to do so.However, from the incident, it is clear that part of the problem stemmed from their systems. It would be beneficial for both the staff and customers if this is addressed promptly to avoid similar issues in the future. Despite the hiccup, I can't fault the staff's hard work and dedication amidst adversity.
I ordered a large supreme pizza in Thomasville ,Al 36784, This pizza was the best tasting pizza Iāve had in a long LONG time, I called back to find out who fixed it, I was told the manager on duty was name Karem( I hope I spelled it right) I just wanted to give a big thanks to Karem & his team. As my granddaughter would say that pizza ROCKS, keep up the good work !!!!!

Ordered online after waiting for about 20 minutes went to pickup. Upon getting to drive up window was told by staff. They were having electrical problems and my order wasn't received or ready. They apologized for my inconvenience.
