As a kid growing up I always remember going to the pizza hut buffet. Was saddened when they did away with them. Lucky for us we found one in thomasville al. The service from the lady up front was awesome. We ate here 2 days and it wasn't that busy but it did take quite a bit of time for the pizzas to come out. I think we waited at one point 15 minutes. The size of slices were a bit small but hey it reminded me of being a kid.

Was just in town for few minutes, wife said let’s try out the buffet at Thomasville AL. Pizza Hut. It was 1:00 and buffet was ending at 1:30, with only 2 others inside eating , I noticed the cook wasn’t preparing any items to refresh it.we told the you girl ,when asked what we would be eating, we just asked to order in . We took our seats,,and waited,,,,,,,,,,,so wife got up from table and went to the register to see what was protocol for lunch order.
Placed drink & pizza order, wife returned with drinks, another couple came in to check out buffet ,they proceeded to question the ONLY girl we saw about the items still on buffet 1:50. Obviously they weren’t aware buffet closed at 1:30. ( their experience was for another story )
Our pizza arrived hot and looked 😋 yummy,,,,,,,,looks were deceiving. The pizza was overcooked, very little no flavored sauce, there was no cheese or pepper flakes on the table salt and pepper was nowhere in sight. I went up front to get items we needed for the table. The only girl did not have anything refilled so I used two containers with enough cheese to make a meal.
We only ate half of a large pizza. It was that bad. While eating it, I noticed five tables that were still cluttered with food and dirty dishes. We saw two other employees show up from out of the back in uniform, not doing anything towards preparing the restaurant for customers.
Just because you hear a restaurant ,with the reputation of Pizza Hut ,has come under new management ,you would think it would be at least presentable and tasteful food.
I do not foresee, my family, or any other organization I can think of, ever war to eat at this Pizza Hut .
We left wished everyone a merry Christmas, and proceeding to go find something else to eat .

Worst experience ever every time I go here my order is either never right the cheese is burnt or it just takes forever to receive my order today I ordered a cheese pizza extra cheese for delivery my order was supposed to be delivered between 11:24 and 11:38 I watched the driver leave the store and parked around the corner from my house and I watched on the app tracker sit in the same spot for 20 mins before I eventually called corporate to cancel my order. Don’t eat here unless you have all day to wait for food that might not be right

Kinda weird but my food was terrible my pizza was burned up I'm surprised they serve it to me! My wings didn't taste like they usually do it wasn't good and not to mention didn't add all my toppings 😕

If I could give this Pizza Hut 0 stars, I would. All of my food was burnt. I've never had this happen at any other restaurant; therefore, I didn't check my food prior to leaving. When telling the manager about my experience, she caught an attitude and hung up the phone. I WILL NEVER BE BACK AT THIS LOCATION. This is unacceptable! And looking at the reviews, I'm not the only person who has experienced this same issue. SHUT IT DOWN! NEEEOOOOWWW!

Food is almost always way overcooked. Service is completely horrible when get delivery it takes almost 2 hours to get it when you call to find out why you get put on hold 3 or 4 times and nobody gets back to you this is whe worst pizza hut ever I swear and everyone that got on here saying different must just be used to extremely poor food and bad service

Horrible. The “spicy garlic” wings were stale and old and I didn’t taste not a hint of spice or garlic. Also the pizza had more crust than anything and was hard as hell. I’m still trying to figure out how the noodles in the “oven baked Italian meats pasta” was hard? Anyway, horrible!

I placed an online order,.the employees/manager claimed that they did not receive my order.,although I am sure they had just given my order to another customer by mistake. We verified that we had a confirmation number & that we had the correct store number & address. However,.when mistakes are made, I believe they should take steps in order to acknowledge & remedy the situation at hand.,& they failed to do so. I must say I was extremely disappointed with the service I received..
Kid-friendliness: The dinner that I ordered was for my children. It is one thing to disappoint me but I take it personally when my children are disappointed. I hope this sort of discrepancy does not happen again.
