30 min wait for incorrect/missing order. Did not receive an entire order. Was given a bag, that contained someone else's food. Our other order was missing items. Attempted to correct at location, was told to call 800#. Called 800# and was told the location issues refund. “Contact Us” offered a $5 coupon for my next order?

Went Thursday drive thur.. .. got a sonic blast ..but more like cup ice cream with topping.. n there ice tea taste like it been sitting there all day in the sun. .. Don't waste ur money here . Girl at window look like she didn't want to be at work

This is the worst sonic that I have ever been to. They took over 15 minutes to bring out my order and then it was cold. Asked for BBQ sauce and it wasn't in the bag. Another 5 mins waiting for them to bring it out. Then, turned out the queso was ice cold. Will never stop here again. Absolutely horrible. Cold fries, cold burger that I paid $13 for.

I am here visiting from TX, i stopped by last night & placed a MOB order well the manager(Johnathan) came out & let us know it was a issue with the pipe/water but still managed to take care of us ! His energy was 👌🏽10/10 thank you ! - A satisfied customer
Stopped in and ordered 3 bacon breakfast burritos before leaving town. Once i opened them i found them to be sausage instead of bacon and they had only 3 little pieces of sausage in each burrito. So i just overpaid for a egg and cheese burrito when i wanted bacon egg and cheese. Not very happy with the service. Only giving one star because zero is not an option

This was by far the worst sonic ever in my life!!! We did a mobile order, 8 mins before we made it there, literally 2 drinks, the screen cleared off that someone was on the way to bring the order, 4 mins after we arrived, literally workers walking around playing around, earbuds in their ear, 20 mins later still nothing, someone finally came out and asked were we waiting on something, yeah our mobile order, told them the name on order, they said they didn’t have anything by that name & asked to see the phone with the mobile order on it, told them no you can screenshot it, she went back inside, 1 min later our drinks came out, if ya didn’t have an mobile order under the name, and didn’t see the order, how all of a sudden you know what we ordered?? Yeah this sonic is a joke, needs a whole new management, the WORSE experience EVER
