The food is always on point but it’s just something about their drinks that never tastes good no matter if it’s a soft drink, or a sweet tea something is just always off. Also they take forever whether it’s online or drive thru, get it together guys.

We came up here to get a sonic blast and they only have one flavor, out of everything else. We are quickly reminded of why we dont come here anymore. Staff is awful and rude. They seem like it's the end of the world because you want to order. Not to mention they are slow as molasses! Not coming here again until new management takes over. Workers here seem absolutely miserable. As we were driving closer to windows we see a box of oreos!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

worst sonic i’ve ever been to! employees are rude. they shouldn’t have stalls open if you can’t order there. went to drive thru and the employees were still SO rude. also no icecream??? will not be back to this sonic! WORST EXPERIENCE. do not recommend this sonic

I really don’t know how this place is still running, every time I come here it’s a long wait and the food is always wrong, or old, or cold. It seems like nobody knows what they’re doing, and nobody is pleasant. The food is the biggest disappointment, though, you wait forever and you’re thinking it’s going to be fresh that’s why you’re waiting, and it ends up being gross and made incorrectly. I keep trying to give this place another chance, because I really do love sonic, but it’s always disappointing. The bread is NEVER toasted or even warmed. The store needs to be shut down, and everybody needs to be completely retrained. I ordered a breakfast burrito and I’m pretty sure the manager made it, he clearly didn’t know what he was doing. It looked like a bunch of random things were just thrown in there. Somebody needs to step in and do something about this

Worst visit to a sonic. Pulled into a stall to order. Heard mumble jumble and possibly no ice cream, not really sure. So pulled to drive thru and got the same mess. Pulled off and went to jacks and had a good meal.
Food was 30 mins late, asked for a combo it wasn't rang up that way. Then the carhop decided to go ahead and take her tip out of the change.

This has got to be the most ghetto Sonic I've ever been to. Sonic used to be a really nice place to go get food but it now it seems no matter where you go, the Sonic is trash

I don’t know what it is but southern charm is gone. The young ladies were NOT happy to be at work. The young man was pleasant but not empowered. The toaster machine was broken(not his fault) but he didn’t know enough to toast it on the grill or just tell the customers the bread wouldn’t be toasted, instead I received a burger on cold Texas toast….. Texas toast is horrible if it’s not toasted
