Everytime we order online they are always out of something. Like really how does a place sell subs ,but always out of bread and now nachos and always out of chees???!

I was going to pick up an online order for coworkers of mine. I waited in the drive thru for 10 mins before finally going inside. Only to find out the sandwiches were made just not given to me. Then to add insult to injury they didn’t give chips or drink that was paid for. I called the store and spoke to the manager to be completely disregarded. I asked point blank maam why did I have to wait in the drive thru for 10 mins for sandwiches that should have already been made? Her response was well we were busy. (They weren’t busy when I first got there at all). They do not care about keeping customers happy or trying to do the right thing. Please do better Thomasville! Needless to say I won’t be back and I doubt my coworkers will be back. I’ve worked in fast food and restaurants. There is no reason to treat other people (your customers) with complete disrespect

The employees have no customer service. They are not organized. I thought by them having a brand new establishment it would be better, but it was not. I didn't feel welcomed. I love Subway but the way they carry on. I'd rather do without this location. Grove Hill is the best in my concern. Please do better Thomasville. I wish everyone peace and love👌🧘👌. The employees were very rude and disrespectful. They didn't put all my ingredients in my subs. The drink machine was out of just about everything. My soda was straight carbonated water. When I ask for a remake, one of the employees said they couldn't do it and would give me ingredients in a cup. My cookies were stale and hard. I know how fast food should be. I been a manager for 4 years. I'm very disappointed and I don't recommend this Subway to anyone...

2nd review 2024- ** online order with special instructions... sandwich was made incorrectly admittedly by employee with a snarky attitude and she couldn't offer us an acceptable compromise to remedy the issue. Was a special order for company from out of town. Check your orders!!! When you order a sandwich that costs close to $14 AND leave a 15% tip for take out, you expect it to be correct!!! Total order was close to $50 for Sandwiches! First review - slow but gave ****

Tried a sub today, not my usual salad, everything was good except the tomatoes were too soft for me! Great service today!!! Love the reward points - got $2 off my meal!

I did a mobile order to be picked up in the drive through and sat there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to come to the window. I eventually went inside and they had not even started on my order after it said it was ready! I then had to leave and wait 20 minutes to come back and they gave me the wrong chips TWICE and the wrong drink. They also did not put everything i wanted on my sandwich when it is written clear in front of your face! These workers are awful!!

One girl in there she a grown woman but she act like kid so one girl in there refuse to fix my sandwich and got everybody else with an attitude with me.,, one day back last year 2023 I went in there on a Sunday got 2 footlong meatball sub, everything going fine til 2 good looking guys came in I guess she want to impress them they wouldn’t want her not the way she look. All I told her to drain the sauce on my meatball sub she said I know that I said ok… no one that work there don’t know what kind of sandwich I want til I tell them Don’t work in public if you gonna be rude or nasty
