I called and placed an order and paid at 7:00 pm after waiting for someone to answer after 10 minutes. The manager indicated it was busy and the order would take 1.5 to 2 hours. As a truck driver waiting to be unloaded I was okay with the wait. I waited for 2 hours before I called to check the status of my order. I was not able to reach an employee but on the call back it stated you can track your order via Domino's App. When I went to check my order it stated my was canceled. I had to literally bobtail to the location and place my order. The manager who originally took my indicated she did not know how my order was canceled after the payment but after negotiating my inconvenience she decided to discount my meal.
If Eve was available I know my order would have been handled correctly and delivered.

There are two dominos in the area, this is the best one. Good location, always very quick, the pizza is better than the one down in moulton by walmart.
