I really wanted to like B Graves — this was my second visit, hoping for a better experience after the first one didn’t go so well. Unfortunately, it still missed the mark.
I ordered the filet (medium) and asked for au poivre, which even cost extra on the menu. When the plate came out, it was overcooked — closer to well-done — and topped with a plain cream sauce with no pepper at all. After I asked about it, the bartender told me it wasn’t a traditional au poivre and...
Ate here while passing through. Food, service, atmosphere, all splendid. Had the Chicken Alfredo and enjoyed every bite. Hopefully will pass through again just to enjoy another meal. Very pleased!
This place has great food. We had the ribeye, mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese, pasta, strawberry salad, the brownie ala mode and the peanut butter pie. All were on point delicious. With the price. I tucked into everything so fast forgot to take photos. But trust me it looks as great as it taste.
