This place is nasty! The countertops, floor just everything was nasty. Ice cream was old and they had run out of waffle bowls that they buy from Walmart. That’s what the employee told us

I wish I could give no star . The last time I attempt to get anything from this place . Can’t make milk shakes , can’t pack icecream in quarts because they don’t have any containers . This location is literally the worst I have ever seen . Whether you want baskins for ice cream or something from Dunkin they will always be out of something major .

I ordered an ice cream Birthday cake 5 days in advance of need. I paid in advance (customary). The day and hour of the promised time to pickup- the local person called and told me they could not fulfill the order!!! He told me they would be happy to refund the money- I don’t have to point out the absurdity of this. No apology was given- they just don’t care or give a damn! Baskin Robbins has lost its mind. Never Again- anywhere!!!

They never have anything my daughter wants they say the close at 9 but I cane at 6 yesterday and they said they had already cleaned everything their hours were no different

Hey Baskin Robbins wake up! If your not going to sell Banana Split then take them off your menu. I've stopped at your location on three different occasions, and y'all never have bananas. Unbelievable when it's Super Markets all around you. Want be getting any of my money...........

Very sad how a somewhat new shop is only getting worse . Things are always a mess , Icecream with freezer burn , n you don’t know what the Icecream is because nothing is labeled. Terribly assortment. Spend more for a packed pint to get home and find out it’s a half packed pint but you pay full price . Corporate needs to step in and re train and get some better management.

Service was good portions were very small. For example, one scoop in the cup for almos six bucks is equal to one scope on the cone at the same location and time. My husband ordered the one scope on the cone and I ordered two scopes in the cup. Our portions ( amounts) were the same despite it appears that my portion came in two half scoops. Not worth the wait.
Got most of our order wrong even though we went over it a few times at drive-thru speaker and at window. Employee at window was not very friendly and other employee complained about our order.

The ice cream itself was fine, but the environment and service was absolutely appalling. When we walked in, there was food all over the tables and floor, as well as a child on all fours on the floor. One of employees was sitting at the counter on her phone with trash on the counter. There was also a TODDLER behind the counter, sticking her grimey hands on everything. The display glass disgusting, and there were only a couple of bagels in the case. The lady who initially gave us ice cream samples asked another lady to serve us because she “didn’t know how to do ice cream.” It’s really hard to mess up ice cream lol. Overall, the store was filthy, and we won’t be back.
