Got most of our order wrong even though we went over it a few times at drive-thru speaker and at window. Employee at window was not very friendly and other employee complained about our order.

One of employees was sitting at the counter on her phone with trash on the counter. There was also a TODDLER behind the counter, sticking her grimey hands on everything. The display glass disgusting, and there were only a couple of bagels in the case. The lady who initially gave us ice cream samples asked another lady to serve us because she “didn’t know how to do ice cream.” It’s really hard to mess up ice cream lol. Overall, the store was filthy, and we won’t be back.

They claim their system shuts down automatically at 9 when you are in the drive-thru and ordered your last item. (They took all four of our orders and then stated their system automatically shuts down at 9.) Also, need to update their drive-thru menu so you can know what flavors they have since they refuse to tell you what they have. Very bad customer service.

Baskin-Robbins was out of my favorite flavor, Black Walnut, so had to get a substitute. I live 1 hour away so it was disappointing not to get my hearts desire. But they do carry it, just not on the day I visited. I will call next time before my cravings to make sure my flavor is available.

The customer service is horrible, it takes forever to get your order in drive thru and to put the icing on the cake they have the nerve to close early so they can go home, I will never stop at this location again, the corporate office needs to investigate this.

Always closed well before posted closing time. Workers will see customers in drive thru line and still close down the store early and leave without notifying customers that they are closing. Having people just wait in the drive thru line till they gut frustrated enough to pull up to the window just to see a now dark store.

Baskin and Robin was the worst place I ever been! I spent over 40 dollars there and the ice cream was terrible it was half frozen it had a powdered texture to it it was chocolate chip cookie dough. Management said it wasn't anything they could do about it! Do not waste your money at Baskin in Robin . It was a horrible experience.i repeat do not spend money at Baskin in Robin
