The service was stellar after we got past the host station. Management are all liars and don’t care what their customers want or need.
Service was OK, albeit very new and undertrained. But 15 dollars for some of the smallest boneless wings I've ever seen and no side? Boneless wings were LITERALLY ONE QUARTER of the size of any others I've ever had. Then had to add side separately AND paid extra for blanco and bacon, but there was only a tablespoon-worth of blanco. Come on, man... I used to enjoy this place, but shrinkflation has struck this place HARD!
The management and leadership at the Foley, Alabama location is absolutely horrible and aligns with the culture, service, and food there. They seem to foster an environment of allowing employees to harass and bully young girls, but only address how the girl responds to being bullied and aggressively insulted; instead of the real problem.
