I have dined here at least half a dozen times since it opened. I have loved all that I have tried. Authentic yet creative Creole dishes, congenial home-like atmosphere, courteous wait staff. Bread sourced from Louisiana. The real deal imho. Thank you Chef Ben!
I placed a pick up order and came to get it later, but a random stranger approached me as I was entering the restaurant, yelling at me from across the square, (probably to ask for money) but I quickly rushed into the restaurant to get my food. Luckily, I knew a few people working there and they asked if I needed an escort to my car and I gladly took them up on it! The staff at Bayou La Roux will def make sure you're comfortable and safe! ❤️
10/10 would recommend. The food is amazing, the staff are so nice and helpful, and the atmosphere is fun. Worth every penny!!!

Parking is available around the district, making it convenient for visitors, and the restaurant is easily accessible for anyone in a wheelchair. Despite some challenges with parking, the restaurant's inviting atmosphere and quality food make it a worthwhile visit.
