Waited in line for almost 30 mins and they didn’t even know what I ordered. Horrible.

They were crowded in the lobby and drive-thru. I patiently stood at the counter waiting to pick up my online order. The cashier IGNORED me and waited on 3 other people (that came in after me) while I was standing there. As I was waiting, I noticed another employee getting trash from the bins, then immediately waiting on customers w/o washing hands or using sanitizer. It took about 25 minutes to get my online order. It was ready and sitting there the whole time. Not planning on going back to this location.

Extremely slow service, even for a Captain D's location. Be prepared for the drive thru, and know that you can't get out once you enter.

I hadn't eaten at Captian D's in a long time until we went to the Troy location. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food. We ordered fish and shrimp meals. The food was fresh and hot when we received it. The quantity was good and very good quality for the prices. We were happy with our visit.

Good food but slow service.
The food was very good. I could tell it had been cooked to order and not just sitting there. Although I had to wait for the food, it was very long. The cashier who took my order was friendly.
