Have eaten at Chick fil A restaurants in Eufaula, Enterprise, Dothan and now Troy and Troy's chicken tasted the best. Love eating at Chick fil A and it would take a whole lot of bad food experiences at different ones to detour me from ever going to one again.

How are you gonna have a high volume restaurant but on have a two person bathroom with only one stall .. the line for the bathroom was ridiculous !!

We're traveling so we stopped for breakfast. The staff member was friendly but we realized that our orange juices weren't given and the biscuit was hard once back on the road. Very disappointing.

This location was extremely busy on a Friday night, with it being a college town and with all the middle schools at the Troy Honor Band, but we still were able to get through the drive thru within a decent time frame. We did have to pull up to wait on our food to be brought out, but everything was fresh and hot, and the wait wasn't long.

All of the workers were super nice and welcoming except the one female employee who placed our order. Mid 20s female, long hair in a low braided pony tail. She did not smile, she didn’t say welcome in, nothing. She didn’t even ask if we were ready to order, she just stared at us until we approached the ordering station. Very weird encounter. Also extremely grateful there was an indoor playground but it was in awful conditions. There was a layer of black gunk on everything. So so many food pieces and crumbs covering the floor and on the playground equipment. The door handles and seats were covered in old food and a layer of black gunk. The windows were smeared too, I don’t think they’ve been cleaned. I truly do not think anything has been cleaned inside the playground before.

I waited in drive thru line for 15 min and when I got to the speaker to order my milkshake, they said the machine was down for the night. It’s literally 6:18pm on a Monday. Then I had to sit in line for another 5-10 min cuz I was stuck behind others.

Travelling from Dothan to Birmingham. Bathroom was dirty. I did tell someone when I ordered my food. When leaving, noticed the trash cans outside were spilling over with garbage. Food was not what you expect from Chickfila. Tasted like the oil fries and chicken were cooked in was old and rancid.

There was no one in the restaurant. Dirtiest Chick-Fil-A I’ve ever been in. Two sandwiches took 15 minutes. They must have used a rag and mop with residue on it. Everything had a film (dirty) on it! Trash overflowing. Staff were friendly. Management needs some help running this place!!! Sad.
