Not my best CSC experience. There was only one young lady working the counter and I had to wait for her to finish with a phone order before she could take my order. I ordered my usual when to get my drink in this particular location. Did not have the watermelon tea and didn't have enough strawberry lemonade to fill one glass. There was no effort to refill the beverages so I had to top off with regular lemonade. Both of the lemonades are delicious but don't offer a choice if you're not going to provide the product. The food was good and is consistent as usual. The dining room was very clean then the staff that I encountered was very pleasant. Ample amount of parking is this location is in a shopping center.

This was a surprise trip to visit Troy University campus. We stopped for lunch here. This was a mental escape for me. The restaurant was so relaxing and the waitress was so professional and helpful. Definitely will return.

I made my first ever visit to a chicken salad chick and wow am I glad that I did! I love chicken salad and have eaten a lot of it but I have never had better chicken salad than this. I didn’t do much research so I just wandered in and gawked at the menu for a moment and chose a scoop of their regular chicken salad, a scoop of their regular pimento cheese and a side of broccoli salad. It came with crackers. It appeared there were all kinds of chicken salad, pimento cheese, sides, and turkey you could get on sandwiches or as scoops like I did. Everything was fresh and homemade and the service was friendly. We were just passing through on a long trip so I don’t know when I’ll find another one but if I do I will certainly stop. This place is fantastic!

Enjoyed the Fancy Nancy scoop bc I like grapes and pecans in mine! Comes with crackers and a pickle wedge, and their famous iced cookie. Very good

Got there as they were locking the doors, they served us anyway. The turkey club on a croissant was very good and my wife loves the pimento cheese.
