My family and I stopped for lunch. It was around 1:30 pm, so it wasn’t very busy during our visit, although the drive thru had customers steadily flowing. (We dined in.) We were greeted immediately and were able to get our orders in quickly and easily. Our food was prepared very quickly; my party of 7 had a range of different meals, yet we all had our lunch within 10 minutes of ordering. Everything was fresh and still piping hot. We were all happy with our meals, (and milkshakes) and will gladly visit again.

That was pretty disgusting. Burger was burned and hard as a hockey puck and stunk. Both packs of cookout sauce was open already. Tossed the whole meal

Food was okay and got a job done. I had the pulled pork with fries and onion rings. Pulled pork was mostly dry/ a bit overcooked and the fries were a bit overcooked. The fries gave the impression that they were the hardened, smaller pieces of the batch. The onion rings were the best things I had next to the sweet tea. Although they only gave me four smaller ones, they actually tasted like they were made from fresh onions and were thicker in size. I never been to this restaurant before so I went because my girlfriend hyped it up. Overall, it was nothing particularly noteworthy but not bad. I went there, and got a meal for a decent price.

Dining room is spacious and clean. They have 2 drive thru lanes! Food is always fresh and tasty; AFFORDABLE! Plenty of options. They have the largest selection of shakes

Went to the drive thru today. Had to speak loud because the order taker couldn't hear due to faulty speakers. She (order taker) yells at me saying "you didn't have to yell, I can't hear you so calm down) with a nasty attitude/tone. Of course I drove off & went to the window. She coward behind an employee. He apologized for her. I left the window and went inside to speak with the manager. She's still at the window avoiding to look my way. The manager provided me with the info I requested to make a formal complaint. Why he didnt take her off the window or have her clock out is beyond me. The worst customer service. Of course, after that I didn't order anything. I'm not going to pay for someone to be rude to me. I will never visit this place again when I'm passing through Troy, Alabama. Avoid at all costs.

i had to wait in the drive thru for 45 minutes and i couldn’t understand the person taking my order at all. ordered a burger with no onions and it came with plenty of onions. never had worse service!

this cookout sucks. they cannot get an order right to save their lives. i went twice this week because their food is good but my order has been wrong both times. the first time i asked for no onions on a burger and it was smothered in them. the whole car smelt like onions. tonight i got a burger with just bacon and cheese and i open it up and its a piece of chicken on a bun with just bacon. how hard is it to put together a burger it’s ridiculous. i am so pissed off right now. the receipt clearly says burger tray. if you can’t make a burger don’t work in fast food. also had to wait in the drive thru for 45 minutes and there was only 4 cars in front of us.
Stopped on my way to Florida and this will be my go to place every time I travel to Florida!! The milkshake was big enough to share with several people!

Food was good the edge of the hamburger patty was tough. But tasted just like home. Learned all about Cheerwine soda and how people love it. Crazy. Gotta try the banana pudding shake awesome awesome awesome.

we just made a pit stop here on the way to Florida and I have to say this place blew me away the prices are cheaper than fast food and the food quality was amazing way better than fast food I'm so impressed by this place and you HAVE to try the shakes the banana pudding was to die for! we are making this our permanent stop on our florida trips from now on the staff was so sweet as well
