Tried Cookout for the first time tonight in Troy. The food was good and the prices were reasonable.

So the prices are way wrong based on the menu. Or either misleading. They charged me over half of ehat I thought I would pay based on their menu. And when I got the receipt it didnt have the prices by it. So I dont know why thats the case. The workers are super nice I have nothing against them aside from the menu prices need to be updated. Also honestly the burger was really bad, just not a good taste. Didn't expect much honestly and it was surprisingly worse than what I thought. I wouldnt have mind the horrible food as much if it was cheap like I thought it would be. Expected to be 20 bucks and I was charged 30.

Came through on our way to Tuscaloosa. My girls are in love with Cook Out so we had to stop. First thing we notice when walking in is how clean the restaurant was. Was probably the cleanest one we been in across Alabama. Hospitality was good also. Great service and quick service. Highly recommend stopping by.

The food was great. It was cooked fresh. Fries were super hot and crispy. Burger was perfect. Shake was thick and very chocolatey. Now for the bad. Soda was terrible. Tasted flat. The fries as one of the sides was only 5 fries! The hotdog was a bit over cooked and all shriveled up. And the hotdog bun was so old it was hard.
Yall need to do better on your burgers should never be this much pink inside the CENTER of a bigger sides was good but burger was raw pink do better and the beef quesadilla tasted like old hamburger not even seasoned thanks for a first time bad experience

My family and I stopped for lunch. It was around 1:30 pm, so it wasn’t very busy during our visit, although the drive thru had customers steadily flowing. (We dined in.) We were greeted immediately and were able to get our orders in quickly and easily. Our food was prepared very quickly; my party of 7 had a range of different meals, yet we all had our lunch within 10 minutes of ordering. Everything was fresh and still piping hot. We were all happy with our meals, (and milkshakes) and will gladly visit again.
