sorriest service I ever got and not to mention they took my money and didnt even give me my order nor a refund, or my points When the manager said he would and didn't, next day his story changed, What a crook.

Terrible knowledge of how the store works. Can’t order online and can’t use coupons. Took 6 minutes or more for someone to answer the phone to take an order at 5:30 pm.

Ordered a New York style white pizza and the crust was so thin it just ripped when you picked it up. They also put WAY too much Alfredo sauce on it so when you picked it up it started falling off. I’ve ordered it previously and it’s never been like this. Who ever worked last night doesn’t know how to make a pizza! Cheesy bread was perfect though!

Very disappointed that this has happened AGAIN. Usually when you order something without onions, you don't get onions but that doesn't seem to be the case with Troy Domino's. This is the 2nd time they've done this, the receipt says no onions but someone overlooked it & did what they wanted. The pizza looked good & was hot when I got it, not so hot or appetizing after we went through removing onions from underneath!?.#ACCOUNTABILITY#NOTSATISFIED

Tips are usually based on service. To tip before hand removes the incentive to go above and beyond. I love pizza but my family will eat pizzas from Walmart. Domino's charges a delivery fee and expects you to tip the driver. That's at least $7 on top of the cost of the pizza. You can get a medium pizza at Walmart for that price. It's time to say good bye to pizza delivery

Four pizzas ordered two looked like this. Other two were just decent. Hot wings were cold.They did offer to remake the pizzas. Quite honestly though, I don’t feel they wouldn’t tamper with the food if you catch my drift.

We ordered our food around 5:50-6:00 and were in the line from 6:13 until 7:00 and our food still was not ready and we were told that our food was still in the “make line” even though I received a notification at 6:03 that my order was prepped and ready for the oven. Service was not good today and could have been better , we got a refund that will take 2-3 business days !!
