I've got absolutely zero problems with the employees. The problems are how the drinks are made, .. poorly... always out of stock on something. Switched coffee shops after dealing with it for a year... the morstaff are great and are awesome... just lost on how to actually use coffee to make a drink

Absolutely abysmal service. Sat at the drive thru window for 15 minutes, not even an acknowledgement that I was there. Pulled around to go inside and when I enter and order the employees look at me like they want to kill themselves and me just for entering. Food is decent as most Dunkins and Baskin Robbins are, but if this wasn't one of the only coffee places open on weekends, I wouldn't even come.

I just wanna say this Dunkin'. Donuts has really came around in the past 6 months. The service and the food has gotten way better. I am very happy the changes that have been made!!! I want to say, thank you for the employees that are working so hard at making this a great breakfast and coffee spot!!! Starbucks has nothing on this place!!!

Friendly employees. Aliska made a great recommendation on which coffee to have since I’m not a coffee person and it was anmazing! I’ll for sure make this my every morning stop on the way to work. The employees I interacted with where amazing and had very good attitudes, they sure know how to make someone’s day with those beautiful smiles.

Ordered my drink wrong and didn’t notice until it was made and already had my food. Thankfully Kori was there and assisted me with pleasure and assured me that it was no problem to fix my drink. Positive attitude and very patient. We need more like her who actually want to give a friendly customer service.

This had to be the best experience I have ever had at a Dunkin donuts! The donuts were fresh and the coffee was hot and delicious. Bre was a great help and was super fast and efficient! Skip any other dunkins and come here!

So I walked in asked if they did the coffee mixed with ice-cream drink (didn't know it was called a blast) the guy was like no. So I go on to get a cone, then see the sign for the cappuccino blast. I can't help but wonder why they didn't take the time to explain or ask if that's what I was looking for. I was just passing through, and wanted to stop because I'd been wanting to go there for a while. Needless to say never again. The come was great though.
