My favorite place in Troy Alabama I love this spot they have best coffee in town and the staff is friendly the Troy Location is beautiful and I love the restaurant and my favorite coffee and Donoughts are so expensive but I love the fact Athos place stay busy in Troy Alabama

This place deserves ZERO FFFFF STARS. because why on earth would you serve a drink without looking at it first TO SEE IF A FLY WAS FLOATING AROUND! I mean this in the most respectful way ever, PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK orders before you serve. That’s basic common sense, basic service, basic everything. You don’t know customer service, or should I say the “staff”. This place needs a whole new revamp on TRAINING. because why on earth once again is making coffee very slow and then at that service with a fly in the drink. It’s gross. Wasted money and I’m never coming back, because why would I.

Never have any of the ingredients, the workers HIDE in the back when there’s customers, the workers are always inexperienced, and the atmosphere when you walk in makes you want to walk right back out. No one ever goes here, how are you out of everything?? Horrible, huge waste of your time and your money if you go here.

Review for Dunkin’ Donuts – Troy, AL
Unfortunately, my recent visit was disappointing. The service was unwelcoming, and the staff came across as dismissive and unprofessional. The shehe with the scarf wrapped around her head was the ring leader of rudeness. Her coworkers with the braids including the manager were as well. My bagel was burnt, the bag was messy, and the coffee cup was sticky—overall, the quality was far below expectations.
It’s disheartening to spend money at an establishment where customer appreciation seems lacking. I would recommend considering other options where both your business and satisfaction are valued.

Waited for 7 mins to even have my order taken, and then sat at the window for another 5 mins while the attendant was on her phone and my drink was sitting right behind her. She couldn’t even take a break to hand me a drink. They are constantly out of product. Service totally sucks!

The two beautiful ladies in there was so polite and patient to all the customers who visited at the same time we did on 3/21/2025 @ 8am. They were the only two there and definitely handled being out of certain things very well with all the visitors. They both get Five stars from me.
Probably the WORST location I’ve visited. We are in Troy for baseball at the university and so far not one person in this twin trust works customer service has been nice. This store was extremely hot inside, it was dirty and not well maintained. No one spoke or acknowledged us as we walked in and stood at the counter. Finally a last walked up but didn’t speak. We asked for a milkshake and she said… it don’t work! Donuts were old looking. Trash all over the floor. I’m pretty sure the girls working didn’t really care to be there as they were not friendly at all.

Providing this feedback in hopes it will be useful for the franchisee or manager: 1) restrooms out of service; 2) store was very hot; 3) no signs marking what each ice cream was, and the employees didn't know (allergy threat!); 4) ice cream (chocolate chip) had freezer burn the first few bites tasted bad, rest was ok 5) no comfortable seats that college kids or friends can sit and lounge around in, like many other Dunkin Donuts have. Good things: employees were nice and it's in a good location to attract the college kids or hotel visitors. But boy this place needs work. I wish you luck!
