Took my kids out to eat. They were patient with my autistic daughter and very helpful. Good food, good people, and a clean restaurant. All the things you need for lunch when it was drizzling rain outside all day.

My first hint should’ve been that you could barely see in the windows, they were so nasty. Get in there there’s stuff all over the floor, it was just dirty. Waited and waited some more and waited even longer and finally somebody took my order. Simple roast beef sub with extra onions, light lettuce and tomatoes with a lot of mayo. Sounds simple right. Evidently not simple enough, I got my sandwich go out to the truck there’s barely any mayo on it and there was six pieces of onion on it. I take it back inside and they tell me they were out of onions?!?! I said OK but it was supposed to be extra mayo too and they didn’t seem to care so I got my money back and walked out and went somewhere else.

Me and Jeanette Maddox spoiled we love this restaurant better than Subway the Troy Alabama location is so beautiful and the food is delicious and we always love the subs when get our checks the subs are so big and worth the fresh meat and we love you guys and I love Subs and I buy 2 giant subs and I love the fact we can enjoy lunch we come during the day to order and walk out Jeanette Maddox always treat me to lunch and treat her we call each other Thelma and Louise..welove yall Go Troy Trojans and we love the food and we stop at Walgreens and buy chips with our foodstamps at Walgreens we love each other..and Italian Subs and Shoot and Ladder I got my Masters Degree with Troy University Go Troy Trojans love yall..and it better than Subway excellent customer service and thanks for the southern Hospitality we love Sweet Home Alabama...

We were passing through and decided to stop at Firehouse subs. Horrible mistake. The staff were unfriendly. Then when they could not get our order correct, they refused to help fix it. Pearl, the shift manager, screamed at us. One of the sandwiches they made was a gooey mess drowning in mayonnaise. Do yourself a favor and go to Subway. We have stopped there numerous times when traveling through and have always experienced wonderful service and great food!

London and Mya were spectacular with their customer service. Friendly, smiling, and order perfect. Thank you ladies and my sandwich was delicious!
The communication skills are seriously lacking. The difficulty in understanding a simple order was astounding. The food was not fresh and took a considerable amount of time considering the place was almost empty. Every table in the place was dirty with 5 people behind the counter. Will not be returning. Do not recommend.
