If I could put this at half a star I would. The staff at this location should all be fired especially the manager which i have never actually been able to talk to. Staff locks people in and out constantly if they don't want to deal with you. Rarely has my order been correct. Staff also likes to roll their eyes and get attitudes with customers. Food consistently caked in mayo. They run this like it is their own social club. At this point I DO NOT believe this business is even salvageable. It should be shut down. The owner should be ashamed to say they own such a place. I will no longer give this location another time of my money and will be sure to let everyone I know how horrible this Firehouse location is.

First off, I love Firehouse Subs, especially the Ozark location. The Troy location is a different story. Tonight was the last chance tho. Placed an online order, pulled up on the time i asked for it to be ready. Was greeted, or rather not greeted, by a teenager sticking her cocked head out the window and staring at me. Politely told her I was there for a pickup order, to which her 'answer' was to roll her eyes all the way to the ceiling and then turn and yell that we were there for our order before shutting the window. We sat there for nearly 10 minutes waiting on our food before another guy came and gave it to us. When we got home we realized that neither sandwich was correct, missing ingredients and one sandwich only had 1 slice of bacon. Both were swimming in mayo to the point they were inedible with the slim amount of meat sliding out. We've had issues repeatedly here but I won't go back anymore. Missing ingredients, poor customer service, soggy bread always. I've never seen a manager in there either, no matter the day of the week or time of day. Seems like they only hire 18 yr olds that have the absolute worst attitude. I know Troy has a shortage of employees, but this is a constant issue at this location that seems to never change. I've sat inside and heard the employees audibly complain that firefighters were coming in to order food during the middle of the day. I highly advise everyone to NOT eat here. You will be disappointed.

Giving them the benefit of a doubt i gave them a second chance. I asked for their brisket sandwich, but they did not have any meat, so I got the steak sub. It was sloppy looking and soggy. The employees were not the most pleasant. I don't think I realized until today how seeing employees making your food wearing sweat pants or elastic athletic shorts and Crocs effects the overall feeling of a place. While I was waiting for my order another customer came in mad bc she has been placed on hold "bc they were busy" and waited 10 minutes before coming into the store, still on hold. On the better note it's well lit and the soda was good.

The bread wasn’t fresh. The tuna was meh. The salad was made from the generic shredded sandwhich lettuce all fast food uses. I can’t find any good salads anywhere in town. It was my first time here and I won’t go again. I’ll show website pic vs actual salad below

We ordered the steak and cheese sub, too greasy and mayo making bread soggy. It was pretty bad. Would never order that again. I threw the steak sub away! Couldn’t eat it. The other sub that we got was the Italian sub, it had way too much condiments on it as well making the bread soggy. Again we could not eat it as well. Just seems like the sandwiches were thrown together.
Popped in on the way home from the beach. The sandwiches were delicious as usual and they were busy busy! Only one recommendation would be to put some fans outside on the covered patio. Otherwise 5 stars :)
