I placed an order through drive-thru for 2 Super Samplers. When I got home, the tenders that’s apart of the meal were missing. I called the restaurant and the young lady I spoke to was extremely apologetic and pleasant. She asked me to bring the order back and get the part of the order that was missing. I explained to her that I would expect the entire order to be made over because I had to travel back to the store. I went through drive-thru, they took the old order and pulled me up to wait for the new order. After a brief wait, the young lady brought my order out to the car. I checked it before I left, and again the tenders were missing. I went in the store and explained to her again the my order was wrong and that the food was cold. Again, very apologetic, however, when she went to explain the problem to the cook, he refused to remake the order. She asked me would I like a refund and one of the other employees interrupted and told her just to give me my money back. I have been a consistent customer here, but the service that was rendered and the lack of professionalism was RIDICULOUS!! I will not be returning and hopefully they can clean up their service and be more respectful to their customers. I gave them 2 stars for the young lady I spoke with on the phone.

The drive thru window service is absolutely terrible. I understand not wanting to be at work but having an attitude with customers is asinine. The young lady with the blonde braids (hair is super cute btw) has a TERRIBLE attitude and is very rude. Thats unacceptable. Also, apparently the speakers do not transmit properly because she got my entire order wrong while she was taking it and after I got to the window.

The chicken tenders were overcooked. Not good at all. They had to have known they were overcooked. They looked burnt. Served them with a smile and no care or concern anyway.

I stopped for lunch and got a sampler before heading to the beach and when I got a few minutes down the road I opened the box to find half my meal missing. I got one grilled tender that was cut in half and was missing my other three tenders and a cheese stick. I called up there and talked to a guy on the phone and told him I was already a good bit out and had somewhere to be but I would be coming back through on Monday and he said that was fine and I could come back up there and they would make it right so fast forward when I got back into town I came back up there and told them the situation and the manager came to the window and told me they weren’t going to fix it because it wasn’t the same day. As someone who worked in the food industry, you always make it right for your customers. The way the manager went about this was completely wrong and they will never get my business again. $17 for a meal that half my food was missing is crazy.

The wings were good. Nice size. Not the little mini wings some places offer. Servers were very friendly. Booths were kind of worn down which is why I did 3 stars for atmosphere. However, overall I'd give them 4 stars. I would eat there again if I visited Troy in the future.

This is my favorite restaurant in Troy Alabama I love it I stay Foxcroft Apartments for years and my friend Hiliary works there and I order alot of food Hurricane Hurricane Opal was in Alabama and we so beautiful restaurant to eat at and I pay rent and by Goldfingers I love this place Best Wings and and town and you get more for your money I love chicken and they the best deals ever I love eating here the less I have to cook and it easy to get the location and some good chicken and the Manager know fries and wings and chicken tenders it just me and I get the big deals and I love the fact I can order take and leave and wings and fries are a blessing and I love the fact you can enjoy Hilary took my order in drive last time she beautiful..love ya..
