Out of everything. Rude from the beginning. Skipped 10 times, after reminding them of my order twice. Very NICELY asked for a refund, they proceeded to get loud and tell me how they were not giving me a refund. Threw my food on the counter. I asked for a straw and fork and she threw it in my bag. Got to the car. Insane! I cannot understand who treats anyone this way. The lady who acted this way claimed she was the “veteran” so I am assuming the manager or shift leader is leading this crew to act completely insane!

Waited over 25 minutes for food to be ready. 2 of our burgers were incorrect so we took them up to be corrected and waited another 20 minutes and they hadn't even started on them. We spent over an hour here and ended up leaving without 2 of the items we ordered because we couldn't wait any longer.

I witnessed teamwork at its best the drive up cashier was running thr drive thru and front counter while working with a kitchen trainee her name was Heather she had a good attitude and had a smile for us

No concern for food safety oy hygienic practices. The lady that took my order and wrapped my food had animal hair all over her shirt and handled my food with bare hands after being at the cash register. No hand washing or gloves involved. I politely paid for my food and threw in the trash at the next gas station.

The manager here is extremely rude. The amount of disrespect and rudeness is shameful. How is she still employed? No wonder why the business is failing. She is the problem. The girl at the window thought it was hilarious that I asked what did I do for the woman on the speaker to be so rude. Can’t find good service anywhere.

Went there 623 am doors was locked employee let her boyfriend in but wouldn’t let paying customers in so I refuse ever eat there not trustworthy
Bad service food was not cooked right they locked doors at 1 pm couldn't get in this place needs a new manager badly

There was no one at the drive-through window or the front counter. I went through the drive-through at 1:05 PM and the store sign says it is open until 1:30 PM on Friday, but there was no one to be seen inside the store. I waited there several minutes. Again never saw a single person. Do better!

Absolutely the WORST customer service ever. The tall lady who I assume was the manager made crude remarks to every employee and customer in the building. The food was subpar. The lady that took out never spoke except to ask what type of drink. The ONLY nice person there was an older gentleman working. Another customer asked the manager for a bag and she acted like it was way too much work to give a bag. We are here for a sports event at the university and so far not one business we’ve been into has had a nice employee working.
