Absolutely the WORST customer service ever. The tall lady who I assume was the manager made crude remarks to every employee and customer in the building. The food was subpar. The lady that took out never spoke except to ask what type of drink. The ONLY nice person there was an older gentleman working. Another customer asked the manager for a bag and she acted like it was way too much work to give a bag. We are here for a sports event at the university and so far not one business we’ve been into has had a nice employee working.

I'm so disappointed. My husband and I went in to eat. There was no one in front of us, and after we ordered, about 10 people came in. We waited on our food for about 15-20 minutes, which was already excessive as it was. Then, they started handing out food for the people who came in behind us. How do you just completely skip our order!? And then, when we asked about it, they were just rude and full of excuses.

I waited for 20 minutes for a mushroom Swiss burger and it wasn't cooked right I had to wait for the cook to get back from the bank or where ever she was.

Went thru the drive thru for breakfast. Hardee's still has the typical good breakfast they've always had and I would like to give them high marks for that. However, this location closes at 1400 (2:00 pm) every day so you're out of luck if you want Hardee's in the afternoon and evening.

This was the first time that I've eaten at this Hardee's in almost a year and it will be the last time I ever eat at this specific location. I came here on my lunch break on 8/23/24 and I ordered a monster thick burger combo. When I got back to work and prepared to eat my food, I noticed that there was a dead bug sitting at the top of my fries. I ended up throwing the burger away along with the fries because I wasn't sure if the burger had been contaminated as well. I ended up wasting $15 on bug infested food.

Don't waste your time, usually Hardee's is awesome but this one in Troy is ugh, didn't have several items especially ketchup, they should just close this store
I only go to the Greenville Hardee's about three times a month but they're always nice when I go to the drive-up window

I wanted to give a shout out to the staff here. They have always had good customer service but today the lady working the drive through went above and beyond without having too and it’s hard to find people like that. The whole staff should get a raise but her specifically. I didn’t catch her name but she wouldn’t take a tip either. Thank you guys!

It would be ok for what I ordered. The main issue was I received a 1 side toasted frisco burger and the other side was just bread not toasted.
