Twice I have went through drive thru, asked for extra cheese, meat..only to be charged double.23 bucks for a regular one..in the photo..the extra meat is whst doesn't have sauce..only 1 sour cream instead of two..no double cheese. And I could have gotten 2 for this price. Shameful..I did call..and was told thats what I paid for and xtra cheese wasn't spelled out. Do not waste your money.

I sat in and had a BBQ sandwich and fries which was pretty good and hot! I was greeted upon entering which was nice! I noticed the young lady in the drive thru. She smiled a lot and seemed very friendly with all the customers that came through. She definitely set a great example for her co workers. I would love to come back and see everyone wearing matching hooks bbq t shirts!

I visited this place yesterday I was down visiting because my daughter attends Troy University. I had a taste for some barbecue so I googled barbecue in Troy and this is one of the locations that came up. I was very excited I'm thinking down south it's going to be great barbecue so I decided to go upon arrival I put up to the drive-thru window there was a young lady at the window very polite I asked questions about the menu she was direct and she answered all. I ordered my food received my order open MyPlate everything looked presentable. The sauce is no good it's gives tomato paste with vinegar and black pepper maybe it just was not a good mix. The ribs were not tender at all they appear to be tender when you bite into it there's a bit of toughness. Potato salad was all rightand bake beans okay. Sweet tea was perfect. Oh yeah they serve a pound cake it was okay could have been a little bit more moist! This is just my own honest opinion sometimes criticism can be good!! I suggest getting your own opinion.

When I received my drink today, my cup was covered with hair!!!! Even stuck under the lid!! Very disgusting ended up throwing it away.
