I have never been to Jack's prior to this visit. I have been here three times in the last 2 days. I would like to give a special thank you to Brianna one of the young ladies who works here at the restaurant. She was very friendly,very professional and made this a great experience for myself and my husband. Most of the time when you go to fast food restaurants you rarely encounter people with great customer service skills. Brianna goes above and beyond to make sure that the customer is satisfied with the service received and with the food as well. I had never even heard of Jacks, but it has quickly become one of my favorite spots to eat here in Troy Alabama. Thank you Brianna for such great hospitality.

Managers and staff all have nasty attitudes. Always getting drinks wrong and made me pull up to wait in line yesterday for 30 minutes and come out and say they’re out of chicken.

got there and their register froze instead of ringing it up on another register they made us sit there 10+ minutes while our food got cold and wait for it to turn back on having multiple people say they don’t know what to do all while looking at our food sitting under no warmer in a bag very unprofessional and crazy
