Overall good food, decent service, a bit overpriced. Has a broken door that slams when you let it close under its own power. I was in there for maybe 15 minutes eating my sandwich and it was driving me insane. IDK how the employees don't lose it having to hear that all shift.

The best restaurant I love this restaurant in Troy Alabama and I ordered extra sub and the special extra mayo and I love extra olives and banana peppers and I love them the food is delicious best customer service and you get alot of Subs I ordered 8 different subs and I love the excellent customer service they are fantastic and cookies are the best and I love the beautiful resturant grab and go the meat is so fresh and I love the customer service and I always give a 75.00 tip you can enjoy coming home to the best subs ever I love the food and you can enjoy extra toppings and I love the staff you know having so many subs to choose from is a blessing it's better than Subway and the food last you enjoy the fact they give me extra chips and I get the big box it have 40 subs cut up 10 different ways..

Christina and Cowan were so polite and informative about the sandwiches. They even let us taste the hot honey to make sure it wasn’t too hot. Very friendly and welcoming – and the subs were amazing!

Cashier started yelling at other worker because to many door dashes there were only 2 people in store. As I am waiting for my order she decided to come out from around the counter and get her cell phone charger and plug in her cell phone and then continue to sit there and gripe about how many doordash orders there were then another worker came out and the worker that was already at the counter-making the subs ask that worker if she could please help them they were behind and that worker apologized for the weight and started making the sub when they handed me the sub the girl that was doing all the complaining just handed it to me no thank you no have a good day very poor customer service with this girl very disappointed in Jersey Mike's

When I tell you we paid $40 for SLOP!!! I had to eat my Big Kahuna sub with a fork. I have never in all my days been so disappointed with my food…!!! We tried this place about a month ago and the sub was the same. Decided to try it again today.. I wouldn’t feed that sub to my dog. Just pathetic!!
