I hadn't eaten at Krystal's before but my Pop suggested we go. Coffee was fresh and when you order your eggs they cook them fresh. My over-easy eggs were cooked perfectly. Our order came out really fast and the employees were happy and helpful. We are going to go back and try their famous burgers next time we go out.

No ice? In Alabama? During summer? Also why is the dining room have no a/c? No matter how hard i tried the employees wouldn't even smile. I run and own several small businesses dealing with customer service and the management team at this one should be fired and replaced with those who care or at least try. Sad reality, I was excited to eat Krystals until I actually came in.. Do better!

I hadn't had a Krystal in several years and stopped at the one in Troy, AL. on my way back from FL.. I was looking forward to it, but first of all, there was no ice so that meant no soft drinks or tea. Then, not even bottled water, so that meant I would have to make another stop to get something to drink. The buns were wet on the edges like they had to defrost them or something. I hope Krystal can do better in the future; I would love to go back!

Early morning breakfast and order a sunriser and the chicken waffle biscuit....sunriser was mush and at 7am the lady said 12 minutes for the chicken... how should I need to wait this long for something that is on your breakfast menu. waffle chicken biscuit was just ok. I wasn't impressed.

No ice. Ran out of bottle water. They didnt complete my order I had to sit at the drive thru Honking my horn to get them to even come back. Very poorly ran location. Manager is insufficient
Me and me friends went there to eat one night and we asked for no onions we had onions on our slides the counter girl rolled her eyes at us there where bugs tiny bugs on the floor everyone was so disrespectful to us we waited for a bit for our food but over all it was not a good experience please fix this

I was visiting here on June 28th of this year for my family reunion. Most disgusting and nasty and don't forget slow rude Manger. My grandson love Krystals. I don't eat at Krystals where I am from, same problem nasty and disgusting. I waited on line 25 minutes. And ask for salt for grits they was out. Gave my son his drink in a coffee cup.

I’m giving this review because of the EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE I received last night on June 12 2025. I don’t know the names of the three ladies working on that shift but they all three were very professional, very friendly and displayed how teamwork should be done. I was coming in after driving from Arkansas and had a pretty rough day. They turned that around as SOON as I walked through the door. The food was cooked to perfection and the service was top tier. I hope they all are being compensated accordingly and I pray blessings over each and every one of these three hard working women.
