Takes forever to get your food here. This is my second time here and the first time was slow but decided to give it a second chance. Not all that busy but employees lack motivation to get orders out. Won’t be back!

The wait time and service is AWFUL. Not doing this again! 45 minute wait for food. 10 minute wait to even order and nobody was in there.

The food is great but the staff and wait time is ridiculous. Had someone come to the drive through window three times to ask what order we called in.. told each one of them 3 separate times. Apparently calling in an hour ahead does no good and you still wait 30 minutes.

Every highchair was filthy and both meals was cold didn't even have lettuce on the BLT sandwich absolutely not worth $26

Horrible service!! Don’t waste your money!! Service Sharlotte is lazy and does everything in her power to not get you food out. We had to go behind the counter to get a cup of ranch. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

The worst service ever. Waited 20 minutes for them to take our order. Order 2 lemonade and a brownie. Waited another 10 minutes. She came out with a frozen brownie, we ask if she could warm it up. She hesitated and said I guess I can put it in the microwave….. we asked for a refund for the brownie, waited another 10 minutes. No apology, no smile no nothing. A very very bad experience. 0 stars. Oh yeah there were no conversation. Instead of a brownie we end up with a frownie. by the way we made a special trip just for them.?

Took 30 minutes to order while being 2nd in line. Another 50 minutes to even get our food. By no means was it very busy . Sharlotte our host was lazy and disrespectful and let our food sit for at least 15 minutes before even thinking to bring it to us. She doesn’t say sorry for the wait or even speak to us but instead put our food down and practically slammed our table number holder down.I even watched someone walk behind the counter to get what they needed because she had been taking so long. The food was cold and we weren’t even able to eat all of it without feeling sick. Don’t eat here horrible lazy staff.

We placed our order online for window pick up. It stated it would be ready at 12:44 which meant that was about an 18 minute make. Which is fine. We waited in drive thru and at 12:50 they said it was coming up. At 12:58 they started looking for it because it still wasn’t ready. We purchased cold sandwiches, a bag of chips, and tomato and cucumber salad. No need for anything to be cooked. It was not busy. They were under staffed with no one working the window and having the individual working bothe the counter and the window. She however was very nice.

Shaquana is an awesome person and worker !! And their new cheese cake is to die for !! .

Came for lunch at 1. They could not take order while many seats were open. Said they had40 orders waiting. To wait 10 minutes before they could take more. Completely unacceptable. Went to use restroom to drive to another place and glad they could not serve us. It's absolutely disgusting in there. Toilet paper everywhere black grime in sinks. It was worse then any truck stop I have been in.

Shaquana is an amazing worker and has great customer service. She always makes sure you have everything you need. McAllisters new strawberry and blueberry cheesecake is amazing.

I ordered the bake potato today and picked it up in drive thru pick up on my way to work.the potato with the ham olives turkey etc and it’s burnt and sort of hard . A friend recommended the potato to me, but maybe her experience was better than mine. Great customer service, food poor quality

I always have a wonderful experience here! The staff is great and they always get my order correct which is great for a picky eater . Shaquana is the best!!!

Put in the order online and still wasn't right. Potatoes in the soup were not fully cooked. BBQ potatoes asked for sour cream and no green onions neither request was done. Food was overall disappointing and very lacking especially for the price.
