Every time we come here it takes 20 to 30 min to get our food, even if I order in the app before hand. Also upset they ran out of the monopoly pieces on the quarter pounders and it was a ohwell sorry kinda thing.

Waited 30 minutes on a coffee TWICE. a SINGLE COFFEE. my fiance asked how long we were going to be pulled for the guy said 5 minutes, went in and every employee we asked said they were making it, it took 25 minutes to get someone to get it to us. and each time they do not offer any kind of compensation or refund. ever. it’s so ridiculous. completely ruined our birthday plans and had to cancel a booking because of how long it took😭💔

If I could leave a review with no stars I would! Ordered on the mobile app to pick up through drive thru. Went to pick order up and was pulled up which is fine. I have no problem waiting as long as my order is accurate and fresh. Get home and the cheese and bacon was left off of one sandwich and another sandwich was left out completely. This has happened on several occasions all occasions the store was operated by the same manager, Eric bland. I decided this time I’d take a trip back to the store in hopes they’d correct it instead of just eating it like I always do. The manager asked for proof of receipt which I obliged by showing him my receipt on my mobile app where I purchased it and he told me “that’s not proof anyone can pull that up on a phone” at this point I’ve lost my cool and I’m questioning him on how it’s not proof of purchase and how the sandwich I brought back that wasn’t fixed right isn’t proof?! He then threatened to call the cops. I just took my loss and called cooperate. The cost of the cheese and bacon are more than the actual sandwich and I was missing a whole sandwich! Mistakes happen that’s fine but I feel like I’ve been robbed. It is very clear the manager Eric Bland is incapable of leading his team. He is also incapable of correcting their mistakes and taking accountability. I will not be going back to McDonald’s. And I will be contacting a lawyer if my complaint is not handled accordingly. You can’t take someone’s money then refuse service to them when they ask you for the food they paid for and never received. 0 stars!

So I always get no ice in my drinks and tonight a quarter of the cup was empty, I asked for it to be filled up and I was met with a snarky tone “do you want some ice? We don’t fill it up the machine does” as if the last 5 years in this town I haven’t gotten a full large cup of sprite every time I have came. The girl at the window giving attitude needs some more training if she’s going to be talking to customers and next time better fill up the cup because once again I never get ice and the cup has been full every time but not tonight.
