If I could leave a review with no stars I would! Ordered on the mobile app to pick up through drive thru. Went to pick order up and was pulled up which is fine. I have no problem waiting as long as my order is accurate and fresh. Get home and the cheese and bacon was left off of one sandwich and another sandwich was left out completely. This has happened on several occasions all occasions the store was operated by the same manager, Eric bland. I decided this time I’d take a trip back to the store in hopes they’d correct it instead of just eating it like I always do. The manager asked for proof of receipt which I obliged by showing him my receipt on my mobile app where I purchased it and he told me “that’s not proof anyone can pull that up on a phone” at this point I’ve lost my cool and I’m questioning him on how it’s not proof of purchase and how the sandwich I brought back that wasn’t fixed right isn’t proof?! He then threatened to call the cops. I just took my loss and called cooperate. The cost of the cheese and bacon are more than the actual sandwich and I was missing a whole sandwich! Mistakes happen that’s fine but I feel like I’ve been robbed. It is very clear the manager Eric Bland is incapable of leading his team. He is also incapable of correcting their mistakes and taking accountability. I will not be going back to McDonald’s. And I will be contacting a lawyer if my complaint is not handled accordingly. You can’t take someone’s money then refuse service to them when they ask you for the food they paid for and never received. 0 stars!

So I always get no ice in my drinks and tonight a quarter of the cup was empty, I asked for it to be filled up and I was met with a snarky tone “do you want some ice? We don’t fill it up the machine does” as if the last 5 years in this town I haven’t gotten a full large cup of sprite every time I have came. The girl at the window giving attitude needs some more training if she’s going to be talking to customers and next time better fill up the cup because once again I never get ice and the cup has been full every time but not tonight.

Had a problem with one worker there but only once and they generally get the food right MOST of the time but hey no ones perfect right?? It's good food decent service except they want you to use the computers to put your order in a lot of the time and I hate that. I go to a restaurant to get a person to take my order .... if I wanted a computer I would order online not go in store .... take out the computer mandatory self service and it could be 4 and a half star service

Place online order and it had been almost 3 hours.Employees were unable to find code and order.Thanks to Cody and Arleishia the day was saved.I was given fresh food.They were kind and courteous.I cannot recommend this place more! Theres a reason t they're always busy

Fish sandwich ice cream cone and apple pie ... delicious.
Went around 8pm, and there was like 8 cars infront of me and waited barely 5 minutes. The people were friendly and the food was like fresh and hot. Manager was apologizing for long wait and wasn’t even a long wait at all, it was a really good experience compared to times in the past.
