On the 3rd Sunday of each month so far there’s been live entertainment that was very enjoyable. The Collards were great and the BarBQue sandwich was as good as anything in the past 30 years
This place definitely doesn't deserve the 3.9-star rating (as of 9/21/2025). They have a nice back patio, the food was good, and the service was good. I was never very excited about Hook's, so I'm glad this place showed up. My pulled pork sandwich (Alabama style) was really good. The boudin balls (one of the special sides the day I went) were great, the Mac n cheese was really good, not the boring box mac that most places seem to serve. The banana pudding was okay....
Hey if you're in Troy Area visiting Pike County I Super Dare you to stop by Moe's Original BBQ. THIS IS ON MY FAVORITE LIST LIKE MY PLAYLIST OF MUSIC. You will not be disappointed...That food is Everything and the Price is Right just like the TV Show😂😂😂😂I LOVE IT GO GET U SOME!!!! RIGHT NOW!!!!
