This is my favorite restaurant to eat in Troy Alabama I love this place and the friendly staff I stay in Foxcroft Apartments foe a long time and I always drive to this location I love chicken and I don't have to cook it beautiful in Troy Alabama living alone and can eat you favorite restaurants to go I love the fact once I pay my rent and light bill I love Popeyes chicken I love the different things on the menu and I notice my cousins Khia and Sinani Patterson work there full time and they apartment in Autumn Ridge and I go during the day cause I don't cook I love eating out with my check all the food is delicious excellent customer service and a beautiful staff love yall and I gallons of Lemonade..love this restaurant Go Troy Trojans..

I went through the drive thru this evening after 5pm. I ordered the blackened chicken strips, mashed potatoes, and gravy combo. It was VERY GOOD! I did have to pull up for a few minutes, but it didn’t take long at all. I was in the drive-through less than seven minutes total I’m sure.

Just spoke with the so called store manager on 3-29 at 10:15 PM and that is the absolute rudest person. She called my daughter a liar and hung up on me. Who ever owns this Popeyes need to fire her and hire someone that is more customer service oriented! Do better. Take care of your customers!!!!

I went through the drive thru around 2:30-2:45 on 10/17/2024. I ordered an 8 piece mixed spicy. I received 1 breast, 3 thighs, and 4 wings. I have repeatedly tried to call them but no one answered the phone.
