The quacamole (table side) was the only good thing we got. The steak meat in our burrito and tacos were so dried out we couldn’t eat them and the chili relleno were soggy and the coating too thick… not sure we will return again.

On our way from south Alabama to Birmingham, we stopped in Troy at Rodeo Mexican Restaurant for supper. I ordered the Grilled Tilapia and Shrimp. It was great! The presentation was good, the tilapia was tinder and tasty, the vegetables were fresh and crisp, and the black beans and rice really added to the over all flavor. We will definitely go back when we pass through Troy again. We highly recommend them! However, they do need to turn the music down a little. 😆 UPDATE - I forgot to mention that the bathrooms are the cleanest I’ve seen in any restaurant. 👍
