Waited an hour and a half for a rare T-bone steak and when it finally came it was cooked well done. Took 30 min to get our drinks. Absolutely terrible service. Will not be back.

The restaurant had a strong unpleasant seafood oder. The carpet close to where we were seated had food particles and ice that were never picked up throughout our duration of our visit. The ribeye was low quality, tough and had a lot of connective tissue. The server was nice but the service was subpar. I ordered desert for dinner and it was brought out packed to go. Definitely not the dining experience we’d hoped for.

I want to share a very positive experience at Ruby Tuesday. On my last visit some time ago, I was disappointed with the food quality, but this time I decided to give the restaurant another chance — and I’m honestly still in shock.

My wife and I came in for dinner, and everything exceeded our expectations. The ribs and the ribeye steak were cooked divinely. The steak was incredibly juicy, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right. The ribs were unbelievably tender — they literally melted in my mouth. Every bite was a real pleasure. Real Tendernism!

The service was outstanding as well. Our waitress was very sweet, attentive, and friendly, making us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire meal. On top of that, Lisa, the general manager, was incredibly kind and welcoming. She truly cares about the guests and the overall experience.

This visit completely changed my opinion of Ruby Tuesday. Amazing food, warm service, and a great atmosphere made our evening special. We’re very happy we gave it another chance and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!

This was very disappointing food was just bad. steak was over cook but season well. membrane on the ribs. Slider cheeseburger were hard, potatoe skins were good.
The atmosphere hostile employee ruled to each talking loud . That I just dont care attitude. Manger came out looking a mess. The bathroom was in need of a good cleaning. This place need a lot of improvement.

I came from out of town and ordered takeout from this location. I ordered the asiago bacon chicken and my two sides were a loaded baked potato and zucchini. My mother ordered the fried catfish and crispy shrimp. We also ordered the chocolate chip skillet cookie and the cheddar cheese queso and chips. Overall, we spent $66.55 total. Instead of the loaded baked potato and zucchini that I had ordered, I got the most bland and unseasoned mashed potatoes that didn’t even seem like it was made by hand. No butter, no salt, pepper, or cheese…nothing. Just a thick paste of blandness. Instead of the zucchini, there was unseasoned broccoli, which I hate. The cookie was tough and hard. The portions were tiny and didn’t look anything like the pictures online. The customer service was non existent. After traveling and not eating for hours, this was the BIGGEST disappointment. If you want food worse than school cafeteria food, come on by 🙄

I usually like Ruby Tuesday when traveling but this location was extremely disappointing. The decor was more contemporary and came off as cold and impersonal. The food was tough and chewy and they served the smallest baked potato I have ever seen.

Not many people in there, but servers were very slow and didn't seem to really care.

The salad bar was very good. The ribeye was terrible. Besides lack of flavor it was extremely chewy. So much so it wasn’t worth taking the leftovers for a $25 steak home. The cocktails were very over priced. The only reason we went here was the only place we could find a steak. Should’ve changed our taste buds to Mexicans. Never again

Hello, I just wanted to reach out about my experience we had with your Troy Alabama location.

On 11/16/25 about 12:30pm we came for lunch. by 12:45pm we walked out the door.

We were sat promptly. The server when we arrived was taking the order of another table, went to place the order, went back to the table to ask questions about the order she was placing. Went to another table got them situated, she looked at me told me she would be right with us. Then nothing.

We were there about 15mins but since our experience the last time we came to this location was about the same, extremely slow service. we decided to not wait any longer and walk out. The table we were sat at wasn't clean either.

Im just passing along this information so that there can be some extra training done at that location.

Thank you 😊
