What a struggle. Over 10 minutes and no greeting or drinks. Had to ask the hostess for drinks. Hour later no food still. We asked for our food to be taken off, so the manager did. Then the waitress came out and asked if we still wanted the mozzarella stick...we never ordered those... So the manager takes that off, after the 2nd take off you would think he would come to our table and apologize...nothing. Over an hour and no refills, nothing. And for the love of everything..the old lady wearing a bunch of bells walking around needs to take them off. God awful to even hear nonstop

My sister and I stopped at Ruby Tuesday’s in Troy, Alabama. We order the 6oz ribeye with baked potato and add on salad bar. When we received our meal it was not a ribeye it was a thin pork chop and tasted like fish. The waitress asked if everything was ok and we told her no and explained. She took off the steaks but changed the salad bar to an entree for $12.99. We ended up paying over $18 for a drink and ($5.99) add on salad. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! IT WAS AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!

That’s not all. make make things worse, they weren’t even that busy tonight (The Trojans have the night off)so if you are in TROY,AL DO NOT GO TO ruby tuesday GO TO Jesus’s restaurant Chick-fil-A that places is awesome…..ruby tuesday in Troy,al is a piss poor restaurant for a College town. Its was so awful we had to go to Chick-fil-A

Food was good. The salad bar was not fully stocked and was out of ranch for over 30 minutes. Uggh. The waitress was so busy talking to others that I had to take my glass to her to get a glass. The price of the food was told to be 6.99 but was 8.99 after all. Worst service and when advised the manager he couldn't believe it she was the best. Sorry I am still upset.

I went and ate here with my boyfriend, a classmate who brought his son the service was terrible. It took 25-30 minutes just for us to get drinks fixed and a sweet tea, the food took even longer. The workers weren’t even concerned with us of how we were doing they were on their phones or either talking to each other! I know the lady we had her name was Karen, she would check on us but not in a very timely manner. Won’t be going back here anytime soon.

There was a 15 minute wait when we arrived but it wasn’t too bad. Aston was our hostess and waitress. She did great! The salad bar is my favorite. My problem was the cook undercooked my burger, they were nitty with the sides and the bathroom smelled bad.

Only maybe 5 people i side when we arrived. Our waitress was very polite and helpful, older white female forgot her name. We went to the salad bar and came back and our drinks were gone from our table. Salad bar had food scattered everywhere except in bowls, including the floor all around. Tables looked like they had not been cleaned. Tall, slender young black male in the kitchen was using profanity very loudly, complaining about item that were being ordered. Stated to waitress if they wanted their shrimp they would have to work for it. He complained the entire time we were there, loud enough for everyone in the dining area to hear him. We just had our salad and left.

Staff was rude and unhelpful. My husband ordered a draft beer and it took over 20 minutes for us to be told that the keg was empty and nobody knew how to change it. When we received our bill we had been charged for the beer we never received. When we asked for a refund we were simply given the price of the beer from servers tips and not given tax money back. Nor did we get our receipt back from her. Not to mention there were only three customers in the entire restaurant when we arrived and we sat there almost 25 minutes to give our drink order. All in all we were in the restaurant well over an hour.
