Why don't you have a regular hamburger with mustard. Ketchup onion and pickles instead of some giant triple burger with tomato cheese bacon lettuce, crispy pickle fries-- disgusting. Cook the hamburger patty on a grill and offer a great regular hamburger.

Service was HORRIBLE!! The waitress was sitting down as we entered , filling out an application for someone, went outside to check on them as the hostess got our drinks. Came to take our order as if we had disturb her. Very Rude! I do not recommend this location to anyone

The manager is rude because she has had a rough day only have 2 servers and I sent my food back because steak was small not close to 12 oz for $25 ordered and she was completely uncalled for. Date night with husband ruined.. Pulled up my name you can see we eat at this location 3 to 4 times a month and this has been the worst experience yet.

What a struggle. Over 10 minutes and no greeting or drinks. Had to ask the hostess for drinks. Hour later no food still. We asked for our food to be taken off, so the manager did. Then the waitress came out and asked if we still wanted the mozzarella stick...we never ordered those... So the manager takes that off, after the 2nd take off you would think he would come to our table and apologize...nothing. Over an hour and no refills, nothing. And for the love of everything..the old lady wearing a bunch of bells walking around needs to take them off. God awful to even hear nonstop

My sister and I stopped at Ruby Tuesday’s in Troy, Alabama. We order the 6oz ribeye with baked potato and add on salad bar. When we received our meal it was not a ribeye it was a thin pork chop and tasted like fish. The waitress asked if everything was ok and we told her no and explained. She took off the steaks but changed the salad bar to an entree for $12.99. We ended up paying over $18 for a drink and ($5.99) add on salad. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! IT WAS AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!
