Never disappointed!! I have tried several items on the menu and I love it. Tuesdays are Taco Tuesday, I strongly recommend trying the entire menu. Best Smoothies so far.. And the atmosphere is very pleasing.

A couple years ago, I went on a search for REAL fruit smoothies (not pre mixed powder packets) in Troy and was told to expect this place coming soon. Unfortunately, as I don't live IN Troy, I don't get up here very often in the morning.However, this morning we were walking around downtown and I remembered i was supposed to try this place! So glad I did!The owner was very kind and allowed me to be a little picky with my smoothie. ?My husband got a brownie. I'm not totally sure it was homemade? But if it is, he gives it an A+! If it's not, its good, but less impressive. ?When we're around, we'll definitely try it again!

Absolute Good Vibes, good people and good food.I absolutely love the decor, gives me nostalgic vibes for some reason. Really cozy. I love the cinnamon rolls and the chilli as well as their smoothies. Great customer service and amazing food. 10/10 recommend

The first time I went to Sherman’s was a couple of weeks ago and all I can say is I wished I would have tried it sooner! I loved my smoothie and grilled bella mushroom panini! And the environment is relaxing with plenty of room. I will be back!
