This is Braelyns mom, every time I go for the past month the slushee machine is "down" the ice cream machine just magicallcy came back up when I complained about how long the slushee machine has been down. Probably 6/10 of the screens work, you pull into one you have to pull right out, oh and you have to wait at least 15-20 minutes for them to tell you they don't have it. Called the 1-800 number and they offered me a free route 44, I declined because how will I get it? The slushee machine never works lol. I will not be returning, I don't care if the kid ask the answer is no. They should shut this circus down.

No drinks available. The machine was down. No slushies either. I requested nerds to be added to the milk shake and the employee stated that there was no button for that, but you could add it to the slushies that they couldn't make. Most of the computer screens where you order were broken. In the stall when I was parked water constantly dripped on the car like it was raining.
We frequently stop by Sonic in Troy Alabama to pick up cold drinks and frozen treats. Recently we have noticed that fewer and fewer of the order consoles are working and service is steadily declining. With your current location and proximity to Troy University there is no excuse for poor service and lack of upkeep to the facilities. Get real people!!
