The coffee even with a shot of espresso is weaker than i would have imagined.
Then, there is the weak cup and bad top. You grab it wrong and the whole thing spills and ruins your car upolstery.

Employees are always very nice and the store is clean, however it is slow and AWFUL for DoorDash drivers. I always expect to wait 20+ minutes for my pickup orders.
best starbucks ever. molly made the hell out my drink. i mean idk what she put in it but i will be chasing this high for the rest of my life.

This store is never open the hours always change due to staffing issues. They constantly lack employees and or closed, just like today at 3:00 pm. I wanted to get the holiday drink and per usual I can’t unless I want to drive an hour to the next location. Not worth my time. They can’t ever keep the place running. If it’s not that, they’re out of half of the items. This store has been like this for 3+ years and it’s mind blowing it’s still open. Please shut it down… it stays down more than it does open at this point. Go somewhere else if you’re looking for coffee.

I am no longer coming to this starbucks. The last time I went they didn't have cups for hot coffee, so I purchased reusable ones because I kinda live on caffeine. This is a coffeehouse? Also often out of protein milk. But don't get too excited. I was served protein milk in my cappuccino that was curdled today and had to throw my coffee out. The wait was 40 min. The staff got my order wrong and were a bit grumpy, which I understand but something is up with the management or staff here. That is insane of me. Never again. Village coffee is much better and less expensive.

The girl working, the drive-through needs a reality check from the managers. She was an absolute witch, and this has been an ongoing problem. If this Starbucks keeps up their service the way they’ve been going, the new 7 brews opening next-door to them will put a BIG hurt on this Starbucks.. I rarely ever leave reviews on businesses, but this one needs a major overhaul! On top of waiting 40 minutes for a mobile order that was supposed to be ready in eight minutes The food was cold and had not been warmed up, and the ice espresso had sat for so long that they were completely watered down. This is just not acceptable from Starbucks.

Updated/edited Review: I came at a 'less busy' time this time. The wait was still long, but staff did a good job. I added a few stars on my review from the last time. My Previous Review: I waited almost 30 minutes and most of my Lunch period was gone before I had to get in the road again. Note: it seems they have had the same bad reviews for their very long wait times for many months, but it could be that they are in need of hiring more people. This is a high traffic area. They need to take this more seriously....

I went through the drive-thru a few weeks ago; I ordered two food items and two drinks. A roach came out of one of the food bags and nearly gave me a heart attack. I informed the barista and asked her for new food, and she obliged and apologized. I have been boycotting Starbucks since the 2024 election, and I had no business going there in the first place. I will not be going to another Starbucks, especially this location.
