We stopped at this Starbucks on our drive from Florida. They were busy and I guess understaffed. That was not an issue. We were not bothered by that. What bothered us were the dirty parking lot, the trash running over in the trash station in the store, the dirt and trash under the bench area and the dirty tables. It makes me wonder what the inner workings of the store look like. Is it sanitary or is it dirty too??? We came through at approximately 11 am. I can only imagine it getting worse as the day goes on.

Service is slow, not a lot of seating; was surprised they had sugar out to add your own as many are not putting out sugar. Ordered a Dar roast Grande Black eye (2 shots of espresso) but did not receive black eye but wasn’t charged either. Blame it on short staff

Usually have no issues with wait times but this morning it took 16 minutes for my drink order at about 11 minutes into waiting I went up to ask and it seemed like my ticket had been skipped over. Then it took another 5 minutes and no acknowledgment for the wait. People who arrived after me had their drinks done first. I’ve normally had great and efficient service but today was not the case.

I got an iced chai and my friend got an iced matcha and they both watered our drinks down. I ordered light ice and got a lot of ice, and my friends drink had ice going up all the way to the top. Drink tasted like straight milk and no chai. Whoever made those drinks needs to go through the training again because this was the worst drink I've had from a starbucks and I am a very frequent customer and have had a lot of chais. Felt like we just got our money taken and they made the cheapest drinks they could.

Been a long time since I've stopped at a Starbucks. Mainly because of the price and not being on a much tighter budget than I used to be. Like most of us are anymore. The service was great. The entire store seemed to be spotless including the bathrooms. Food and drink we'rYe both delicious like usual. If they only made it more affordable I would stop their way more often that's for sure. I'd be willing to bet that they wouldn't lose any money because they would gain so many more customers if they would just lower their prices to reasonable rates. maybe they're just trying to keep the riffraff out by keeping the prices high. That way the stinky poor folks like myself are only able to stop in every once in awhile. Then they don't have to deal with any kind of Jerry Springer shenanigans. And sometimes I kind of see the point. LMAO. But I thought I should still say this specific one was very nice and the lady that took care of me was also very nice and did a wonderful job. People should start using this for compliments. Not just getting on there any time one little thing doesn't go right and they got to get on here and give one star. The people that do that kind of thing are a waste of oxygen. So for me you get five stars just for doing your job and doing it with a smile. Keep up the great work.

The space feels cozy. Staff was not particularly friendly. I ordered a matcha ; the poster was misleading by making it look creamy with adjustable sweetness. Well, it was not creamy at all; and the ‘adjustable level of sweetness’ actually meant you can put as much Stevia as you want into your stuff. Fancier than making matcha at home yourself?

Extremely slow service. Employees moving in slow motion and not friendly at all. Sunday, March 2nd @2:15. It took 20 minutes just to get two dragon drinks.
