I went to this particular subway because of the hours. It was 9:30 pm and the posted time stated they close at 10pm. I went inside and was told they were closed but, the doors weren't locked. All the food was put away, so I assume they're able to close whenever they want to close. I want be going back to this location.

Service was TERRIBLE! I asked for a steak and cheese sandwich and she told me if I didn’t get the sandwich toasted then my meat would be “cold” which is a lie because they always heat up the meat before even putting it on the sandwich, then they made the sandwich extremely sloppy. After we paid for it I went to go eat it and the meat was still cold so I took it to the counter and explained the worker the situation and she got an attitude with me and very rudely said “huh, so you want a new sandwich or what” and the other worker said no for her to put it in the MICROWAVE, VEGETABLES AND ALL! When the sandwich was in there she asked me to get it out of there. I was patiently waiting and she says “Ma’am you can get your sandwich out the microwave”. The microwave is behind the counter BTW. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN.

Did an online order. Employee made my sandwich on the wrong bread, but I decided not to complain and eat it anyways, until I found a dead gnat in it. They were flying all around the drink machine too. Definitely don't eat here, not sanitary.

I went in at about 11 am. There was only one person dining in. I could hear two voices in the back. I stood there waiting to place my order for several minutes. Without going around the counter, I walked around the front to see if I could get their attention. They kept on with their conversation and ignored me, so I walked out.

Ordered on line, opened up sandwich and veggies looked really bad, the tomatoes had a flowery smell and lettuce was brown , was afraid to eat it, called several times and no answer! Do not eat here,hwy 231 Troy beside Trojan doughnuts.
I ordered two footlongs and there was basically no meat on either! Terrible ....should have read previous reviews before I stopped here.

They don't accept the coupons that are mailed out,so I didn't get to eat subway they need to post the issue at door and where you order at,so I guess they had some more waste

Placed order online, went to pick it up, I could hear people talking in the back, NEVER bothered to come to counter. My order was just setting there,took it and left. The sandwich had so much mustard that's all I could taste, plus online order left me only option for 15%tip!!! Do not eat here!

Not often do I leave a 5-star review for fast food. I was so pleased to place my order online on the parking lot. My sandwich was coming out of the toaster when I walked in literally three minutes later. Super friendly staff and attentive to details.
