Bubba Gump made our food one night as we stopped on our way home from a late working day. He was on his personal cell phone which was sitting on the stainless steel counter where food goes. He made our quesadilla and didn't know how to hold it, so meat was falling out all over the floor and counter. We will never utilize the Troy location again.

We had the worst experience we’ve ever had at this location. Our burritos were stuck to the wrappers and fell apart when we tried to take them off. Food and drink items were missing and was refused to be given sauce we ordered claiming it was in the bag. We didn’t feel like arguing with anyone repeatedly so we just won’t go anymore.

I went to this place to get food while on road trip. The person on headset was rude and rushing And cut us off and told us to go to next window. So when we did we said we wasn’t done ordering . And he was nasty and snobby . And then they forgot our chips so we came to get them And the manager came a women. And she was also having nasty attitude. And gave them to us after doin the most . And we told her have a good day as nice people And she said “mhm “ rolling her eyes. I do not recommend this place at all! People need to be fired. ASAP!

This place is terrible. I ordered the cheesy double beef burrito, with extra beef. 2 of them. They were both stuffed to the max with rice, and had barely any beef in them. This has to be a management decision so they are spending less on beef. I'll probably never go back
