After I had missing food in the drive thru I had to wait and additional 15 minutes for one item. The manager proceeded to eat nerds and ask me why I was there every five minutes.

Horrible service, rude staff on 1st shift. If you don’t want to deal with people get another job asap because everybody is not going to take lightly on disrespect!

Food was good but we pulled up to the drive through and got completely ignored for a solid 5 minutes. When someone did finally take our order she had a bad attitude

While the place was relatively clean, the quality of the food was bearable, and the speed of service was the same as the drive through, this store expects its dine-in customers to order from the automated kiosks.
I didn't notice it at first. I'm a picky eater who prefers ordering from the kiosk. It allows me to order items without ingredients I can't stand, like sour cream. Most meatbags taking my order will ignore my requests. I do my part to keep meatbags employed by leaving my trash on the table when I'm done eating.
My sister and my niece, however, prefer to place their orders directly with a meatbag. They were in line behind an old man. Nobody came to the register for seven minutes. By then, my sister had already given up on ordering due to the lack of customer service.
I had my food and was eating when someone from behind the counter asked the old man if he was trying to order. Rather than immediately ring his order up, the meatbag said that all ordering is done on the screens. The meatbag then guided the old man through the ordering process on a kiosk in the lobby.
I don't know whether to be more disgusted with a company trying to keep costs down by eliminating the option of customer service, with a company trying to force a paradigm shift in ordering food upon senior citizens, or with a young employee who doesn't even realize that those kiosks and other automation technology will eventually put her and her co-workers out of a job.
