The BBQ House Reviews
Corn nuggets were great. But the pork and chicken were definitely reheated from a prior day. I believe the rib was too. Very disappointed

The BBQ House is a small restaurant known for its strong smoke flavor in their chicken. The service is friendly and the staff are attentive. The sides are basic, but the chicken makes up for it with its delicious taste. The restaurant also features a barroom with pool tables, though there is a noticeable cigarette smell. The restroom is adequate, and the food is made to order, not fast food. They offer a kids plate with fries and have wheelchair accessible tables. Portion sizes are generous, especially the ribs, which are large and meaty. The homemade coleslaw, onion rings, and fries are highly praised. Customers have enjoyed the fabulose brisket that melts in your mouth and the crispy, seasoned catfish. The bbq pork sandwich was a delicious dinner. The bbq was decent/average and the prices were fair. The fish is great, the BBQ is awesome. Customers absolutely love the cowboy nuggets. They also have a bar and pool table in a separate area from the dining area. Karaoke is on Wed., Fri., Sat. nights and there is a pool tournament on Wed. night. The DJ on karaoke night is fun and has a sense of humor. The BBQ House provides great BBQ and a friendly, ramshackle ambiance that makes it a good place for a casual meal.
