Best bbq around located on 231 hwy in between Montgomery and Troy. Fish is great, BBQ is awesome. If you want an appetizer try the cowboy nuggets absolutely amazing love them... They also have a bar and pool table in separate area from dining area... Karaoke on Wed. Fri. Sat. Night Pool tournament on Wed.night come enjoy. You want a fun DJ on karaoke night and one with a sense of humor come on Wed. Or Sat night best DJ around and the best vareity of music. You won't be disappointed Oct. 2025

Stopped by yesterday for lunch. Ordered the BBQ nachos and burger and fries. We waited a long time. The waitress brought us some cheese sticks on the house because they apparently got a large order before we came and there was going to be a long wait. After an hour we just left. Paid for the drink. I get things happen and we appreciate the appetizer. Was really wanting to try their food but maybe if we are coming through again, we will give them another try. Waitress was very nice.

Stopped in during a road trip this weekend. The bartender, Jessica, was great! Asked for a sample of just about everything, and was not disappointed. This may need to be our continued pit-stop when traveling.

Very friendly and welcoming. Sliced Brisket was like butter. Sauces were delicious. Baked beans had a spicy unique flavor, very flavorful. Has a bar with pool tables in the back of the restaurant.

We were on our way back home to Columbia from Birmingham and we have always wanted to see what the world's best BBQ tasted like. My husband went and ordered takeout. We had 2 brisket sandwich and fries. We have eaten a lot of BBQ and I have to acknowledge that this is truly the best we've had. They gave us tons and was very lean and tender. Great sauce too. It came with 🍟 and they were good... Not the best but still good. If you are traveling down near Troy I would highly recommend stopping.

Fantastic and perfectly cooked smoked wings. The potato salad is perfect. The brisket plate is so tender as well as the pulled pork plate. The fried okra is golden goodness in your mouth. And the service is top notch! We came from out of town and stopped in for dinner for my nans 90th bday and the server was a real delight. You gotta try the red velvet cake. Such a great little spot that if you want bbq this is where you gotta try.
Staff were very rude. Food was wrong. Didn’t want to even correct THEIR mistake. Finally did but was not happy about. Got the brisket, it was barely cooked. Slimy and fatty. Could not eat. Wasn’t even warm. Then I ate my chicken and it was rotten. I about threw up. I had high hopes based on the reviews. But our experience was awful.

Smells like cigarette smoke inside. Not BBQ, smoke; cigarettes. Food was poorly reheated. Not sure when any of it was originally cooked. Chicken skin was mushy. Meat fell off the rib bone but not for a good reason. Staff was nice. I’ll stop here again. BBQ sauce might have never been wiped off or refrigerated. They could use some help.

This is the best damn bbq I’ve had in a hot minute. We were driving from Bham to the beach for spring break and reached the point of crippling hunger. My friend, in tears demanded food and we just happened to pull into this fine establishment. The sandwich I got made me question any other food I’ve let into my body before. All 5 of us cleared our plates and ate like a stray dog who’s been beaten and starved. I can say we all still think of this meal on the regular. I’d crawl on my hands and knees down I-65 just to get a lick of this bbq off the floor. I’d be there every day, fat and happy, if it weren’t 2 hrs away.
